PACO for Android
Nice app
Every time I uninstall an app, Paco stops unexpectedly. I have a LG G5 running on Android 6.0.1.
Already have sent the troubleshoot reports.
The picture taking functionality is very poor. After hitting okay there is absolutely no visual confirmation that the picture was in fact submitted. For the study which requires 4 pictures this is a problem since the user does not know which field has already been populated.
Actually a very nicely done app! I'm sure you're busy, but have you considered adding Android Wear compatibility? I think that EMA studies could benefit HUGELY from the convenience that smartwatches allow. If you could leverage responses from smartwatches, it could be a really great feature that could set this one apart
Usability-wise, not great. I realize that this is made by programmers and that the main focus is the behavioral analyses, but the app itself is really confusing. A few suggestions I'd make, that personally would keep me around: 1-Update the interface to the standards used. The design looks like something from android 2.0 2-Why can't you create new tasks from the app? It's impractical to have to go to the website every time you want to add something new 3-Organize in a more separate way the tasks created by other users. It's very confusing to have random tasks available to you like that.
Wow what a fast review updates after getting errors in day review and updated within few hours
It seems that this app's relatively low score proves that most folks are idiots who don't even bother to understand what the heck they're downloading and using and whether it's appropriate for them. Watch the video or don't even get close to this app. Or Paco will bite you.
I'm getting ramndom crashes and not receiving reminders
I use it for all my self-tracking projects as well as my academic research.
This app is absolutely hideous. On top of that, I couldn't join the expirement I wanted, because I couldn't find it. If this app has a search feature, it does an amazing job of hiding it.
Their website says "on iOS 5 devices someday" really sets the tone for the rest of the user experience.
I really, want this sort of app to exist somewhere, and think it's a good idea. But I'm not granting you any google permissions to create an experiment!
Worked for YouTube exactly as stated.
Confused
Too many tasks, became tedious. App didnt remember my personal code, had to enter it each time. Gave up and uninstalled.
Maybe not dangerous; but annoying.
