webe self care for Android
Saya disuruh tukar ke APN unifi sebentar tadi. Trus line H+ and internet slow habis. Lepas tu change balik setting jadi webe dapat plak 4G. Better webe cepat selesaikan masalah ni!
Baru hari ke 2 pakai webe. Bukan main semangat aku daftar, tapi hampa. Line nampak full, bukak semua benda lag dan sgt slow. Apps self care ni plk dah isi semua betol still invalid email. Apa ni
4g but even whatsap also pending. 6 time do complain but nothing improve. Unlimited data now offered at Digi..switching back end of this month. RIP webe
data line is to slow sometime no line.people paying for 83.75 is not cheap.. most of the times i cant receive my watsapp text . restarting my mobile phone doesn't solve anything.. im staying in the city.. not kampung how come ur line.. not! stable at all.
btoi2 hampa aq dgn webe...dh tkr ke unifi lg teruk lembap...4g dan h+ hnya pda icon...cant load anything...even wassap also pending to sent massage...i also cant do my oncall due to bad network...always show emergency... as a medical staff other life is more emergency to me...mula2 daftar ckp coverage di pendalaman bgos...tlg tunjukkan anda bgos...plz fix ur network at sik kedah...
bulan ni last aku guna webe.kalau makin slow jgk line yg konon2 dh tukar nama jadi unifi..tp lembap..kalo still slow mmg aku ucap sayonara dan join redone la lpsni..yg puji webe or unifi ni good2 aku agak mesti staff dia jugak ni..sbb tak de sorg pun dalam family or kwn2 aku yg puji line webe yg makin hari makin lembap
Kenape tukar ker unifi?? Line jdi slow nk bukak youtube semua jadi buffering..webe sblm nieyh bukak aper2 laju jer..tolong laa tukar balik ker webe..unifi bagus untuk wifi saje bukan untuk phone..
Main2 webe ni...orang dh ramai percaya n yakin ngn servis ko mula2..pastu ko buat xbersalah pn...bil pn ikut suka ko je bagi bpe....senang tul cara webe ni...teruskan la...lama2 pengguna abaikan ko mcm ma__s d__i ce__c_m baru ko tau....time tu merayu kat iklan melambak2..pakej tu la ni la...ko tggu je la..sayonara je la pasni klu still teruskan unifi yg mcm ni...ok.orang bagi 5 star webe rajin komen..laju je..kalau bagi 1star..dia tutup mata je..sbb dia di pihak benar...tp pelanggan dia abai kan tnpa information pape....
Too many bugs in the self service app. Getting very frustrated with the customer service. Webe expects you to use self service but their self service functionalities are useless.
Agreed. Duduk tengah bandar line 4G full kot, tapi lembab & lag manjang sejak2 jadi unifi ni. Dah tu bila live chat dengan customer service, diorang mintak location, bila dah bagi alamat diam seribu bahasa, bila kita nak type lagi nak tanya terus hang tak boleh send. Kalau sekali faham lah, ni sampai 3x chat dengan orang yg sama, bila part minta lokasi jadi benda yang sama, siapa tak sakit hati. Bengang betul!!! Main main eh korang! Jangan sampai semua orang boikot tukar telco lain.
Line is very poor, shown 4G but limited speed and very slow in 4G area (Queensbay, Bayan Lepas Penang), not to recommended, use Maxis more better, I will return to Maxis and good bye Webe soon..
Yg komplen pasal we be line xde dah tu kenapa x check coverage dlm website webe dah ada check coverage buka aja GPS bodo betul satu lagi pasal xleh login KT app's webe sure ke password betul hahahahha sad bangang abadi aq dah 6bulan pakai xfe masalah cuma yg line sesetengah tmpt hanya 3g tpi still puas hati nasib baik tmpt aq 4G hahhahah
Elok aku pkai celcom..gatal g dgr ckp org konon webe laju mencanak..skali mcm siput b**i...sakit btl ati aku..aku nk tgk anime pon xblh..buffer xhenti2..aku pkai celcom elok je..bru sehari pkai..tp da ase menyesal yg amat sgt...apn unifi..bkn webe..haishhh..sorry webe..i will change to celcom back..suck!!!
Before I started to apply too fast when I was using webe,,now change to unifi its too slow youtube & facebook was not work very well buffering calling from long distance outside country almost chuppy I cant hear the voice, please fix it,,my area @ kota kinabalu I really upset when I change to webe,,please fix all this bugs,,I am your fan I have alot friends inviting to webe at the end I am the one who loser,,

Worst telco ever. Since the first time i subscribe to webe, there were too many problems from the beginning. Now i only sees E or no coverage at the bottom of my phone. I been trying to use the self care service but too dissapointed it keeps telling me that i wasnt subscribe to anything. Worst telco worst service worst application. Thats all
Unfortunately, the most important feature -- CHECK MONTHLY QUOTA BALANCE dun have in the app.... Hope they wil add in soon, I know.... u forget.

Apps ni asyik2 kena update..kalau tak update tak boleh login..baru lepas update n try login tapi invalid password/email..try reset password beberapa kali still tak boleh login..bila login dekat web boleh tapi login dekat apps tak boleh..apa problem ni..tolong fix kan
Kenapa xbleh nk log in.. Dh dua bulan lebih pakai.. Tetiba kata invalid email or password.. Nak bayaq bill pon susah.. Nanti charge bill tinggi2 sebab xbayaq.. Please laa tingkatkan perkhidmatan hampa nie.. Kena charge tinggi2 aku xbayaq aih.. Sebab app xmembantu langsung..
apa gila la self care ni..minggu lepas tak boleh log in langsung loading tak lepas2..lepas update baru terus force close..dah berkali clear data,uninstall tetap sama jugak...aje gileeee

i cannot loading to my own profile on this application even after i reset the password...i was in my own profile b4 this but i cannot change anything in my profile...nothing is working...
Application hangs, not opening at all.
I cannot login to the mobile app. I have checked and it is confirmed that i insert the correct email and password. Hope your team can fix this.

Well, I dont care wht others opinion, from my exp, everything is good with webe(even they already change to unifi, i still love the name webe) . I have 4G LTE using Vivo V5S, at least H+ but still fast enough. Not all place are 4G guys, please be informed. Webe is still new. It takes time to be perfect. I love webe's plan. Very easy to manage. No need to worry about quotas, call charge n etc. Thank you.
