Personalized Video From Santa

For a free app this is really good my little girl loved it and also the added nice list to help her stay in santas good books was a great addition. Of course as it's free you can only view your video 3 times unless you pay which then you can download and share also but the free part did just fine for me. Great app thanks

I downloaded one paid one, first, without speeding up the delivery and it arrived within 30 minutes. I loved the free Santa s good list that can be customized -free. My daughter, 8, was AMAZED .I did HATE that I had to sign up for newsletter to proceed. I have now ordered a free one, for an adult, but sent it to his email, as a surprise, so I don't have feedback on that one, yet.

After setting the whole thing up i go to log in and my email can't be found even tho they just sent a verification email to me! If i could give it a0 star i would. Don't waste your time!

Purchased video for my 3 kids. The 12 yr olds were indifferent as I expected but my 7 year old was so excited and cannot stop talking about it. I will definitely get this next year but not for my SCROOGE older kids

Horrible. Why do you need to know about the child(ren`s) D.O.B? Why don't you ask for their S.S.N, while you're at it? This has a great potential for identity theft. SHAME ON YOU. If I could, I'd give you a minus 100 stars.

I thought I had used this app last year but the app I used was PNP North pole. The Package from Santa app is total crap...just spent $13 on nothing..video won't download, can't watch online. Learnt my lesson ...do more homework before downloading.

Great App for KIDS! so for adults to get upset about it, is ridiculous! My Son of 4years loved it. And all that matters is to see their expressions glow like never before. I recommend this app just for a quick experience. Nothing long term

Very misleading..says free when you download. I took the time to personalize the video that I never was able to view even after I paid. I even had to pay for faster video processing. After all was said and done I didn't see the video until the next day after I sent numerous emails. The video is nice but not worth the hassle or the money.

They took money off me twice fr the same video and I still didnt get it. Payment was ment to shorten the render process but it did no such thing

Do not pick this app. Very misleading and a scam of course in order to brighten your child heart with santa you got to pay. Smh looking for a free app just for fun. Couldn't even view my videos!

If I had known you only got to use one free video I'd never have downloaded! I have two children and because I can't pay only one deserves a message from Santa? I got one for my son and thought it was awesome maybe we should save it and get one for our daughter only to see I had to pay first.. first off I refuse to pay for anything blindly, second Im not even able to give my son his so ya thanks for that, I'm a horrible mother for getting their hopes up!

My son's name wasn't there, and I didn't want it misspelled so the movie didn't say his name

My son absolutely loved his video message from Santa. Worth downloading. Only thing is you have to pay to upgrade in order to share video plus you only get a limited number of views. Still worth it to see the reaction on your childs face. Amazing x

I have three kids...only one is getting a video as thats all that you get with basic free videos. Not fair for my other kids. Just plain stupid

Big con if you want something you have to pay for it even download speed! Joker's!!! And wouldn't let you register unless you agreed to get their emails! I'm really annoyed and disappointed!

Kept exiting out of app and then once your done it wants you to buy something. Only allows you to make 1 video for 1 child and I have 3 kids. When you're done customizing the video, the child can only watch it 3 times unless you buy something. Also it says it takes 3 hours to make the video since you chose the free version. Sucks.

When I try to put in the pic the app keeps on exiting and cannot even see the video...And I was trying to do it for my lil sis :'(

Took forever to signup and make the video. Then you have to pay to keep or view longer. I thought I would at least be able to make more once that one expired but I could not.

The free option will only allow 1 video. Then you have to pay 5 dollars for 3 videos or 20 for anything after that. I have 3 kids that gets expensive fast.

My niece was so excited when her video from Santa and his elf came through! I only wish you were able to share the free version. Over all great app! Can't complain when it was free

I am so impressed with this! Its so realistic, definitely exceeded my expectations! I could not be any happier right now, my daughter is so happy and feels so special to have been able to see the video! Awesome job on everything, I recommend every parent to purchase a package for their child, we love it and are extremely thankful to everyone involved in putting this package together! My daughter is ecstatic, she was able to see just how special she is and the magic of Christmas! Thank you all, so much!

Got a video & calls for my 4 grandkids & they loved it! Did it last yr also. It's wonderful to see there lil eyes get big & light up & reassures them santa is real. It also encourages them to keep being good to stay on the nice list

THIS IS THE BIGGEST PIECE OF CRAP

I didn't like that I only get one free video and the rest I have pay 5.00 for. I couldn't make free videos for my other kids....a lot of people have multiple children....and there really isn't a difference between the videos I paid for and the ones I got for free....I can share it to Facebook....but on my wall it shows up as an advertisement for the videos....not as my son's video....definitely not good for people with more than one child....

I paid 2.99 to get the video faster and the time til it would be ready to watch was longer than BEFORE I paid! what a waste. did the Santa video chat and it was FREE AND IMMEDIATE. don't waste your money!

Video stopped every 3secs like it was buffering daughter lost interest in end . Disappointing

You only get 3 free views, every single one stopped half way through!!! She was so upset

I thought payment was unsuccessful.i payed 3 times for quick render each payment was successful. But I still don't have quick render. I would like to be refunded please . Full refund please. Thanks

The video is great but it wouldn't play the whole way through and it kept taking our views away so we never did get to see the whole thing my two year old was so excited and then it kept freezing and it made her cry thinking Santa didn't want to talk to her

You have to pay for every singly video I paid the top price to have unlimited access but then found out it was just for the one video I created for one child so if you have more than one child it isn't worth it

Free video took an hour to load, not a big deal. Was not what I was expecting. Only get one video then you have to purchase any others. Not good for households with multiple children. Actual video not just Santa talking.

Worked out fine for my son with downsyndrome.....laughed all over...got others to view it too. Seen his pic and said " me! " Well worth it , to see him so happy all the way thru it...many times........thanks!

Don't waste your money!! Couldn't even view this with my son who was waiting patiently. Kept telling me I'm out of views and to up grade!! Very disappointed

Another piece of garbage after your money. Everyone knows there is no such thing as Santa. People make me sick, they tell their kids be wary of strangers and don't let anyone in they don't know also it's wrong to lie. Then once a damn year they tell them a sweaty fat man in a red suit is coming down the chimney while they sleep to leave them a big surprise. You should tell kids from the beginning there is no Santa. Get the little monsters ready for further disappointments in life.

I downloaded it telling my son he could talk to santa there is a 3 hour wait after thanks for ruining my sons spirit stupid app

Pretends it's free until you do all the work uploading, providing pics...wait for email... wait for video to produce and then you can't view the video until you pay anyways. Crock of shite!

It's a good little thing to do for your little ones. I done a video for my little girl and she loved it she believed it really was santa.

Spent time making a video for my oldest and when it came to making one for my youngest only one free video is allowed so this app is not suitable for parents with more than one child!!!!

Paid 9.99 for package and 2.99 to render video faster. And nothing cant get through to anyone in response so 13 dollars later and stilll no video at all it brings me back to paying again. Smh scam....

The only thing I liked about it is that you can get a personalized Santa gift box the rest like literary SUCKS!!!
