Caller Name Talker

If I am not by my phone when the text message goes off so I can say yes loudly into the speaker for it to read to me it does not hear it so if I am across the room and say yes for it to be read back to me it does not recognize it so it will not read it and when I get a phone call and it reads out who is calling it is very low you almost can't hear it so I have to keep the ring on so I know when someone calls!!! Please fix this for the Galaxy S7 edge!!

Best options among others. But lower call volumes during announce and announce volume setting is not working- enabling stops announcement. Fullscreen adds are really annoying. Days past, not resolved any of the issues. Are you serious?

I have selected language as Hindi but there is no voice effect of changing language from English to Hindi. Please look for this issue if possible. If you successfully upgrade for the said issue this app will very popular and become as No. 1. Thanks

Works great, been using this for about 8 months now, there's a small time delay for the app to relay your msg but listen for the beep, you can say yes a few times thinking it's not working but it does. Thanks for a great app

It used to be very useful app earlier on. Since they upgraded it, It stopped announcing gmail sender name, instead it is not keep on announcing your own email address again and again which is very annoying. The team needs to fix this bug as soon as possible. Rest of the other functions work quite well.

Would like to be able to remove some contacts from list. Some contacts will show up numerous times for home, cell, work number and also email.

This app is great for ppl who use Bluetooth headsets and are away from their phones sometimes...it keeps you from answering un wanted calls.

The up works very well on calls and its good to announce messages but reading is a challenge unless you scream, it Wont read. Also if you can add the reply options so that you reply with just your voice.

UPDATE 3 month review. This app is now announcing my sideline callers, yet the announcements are extremely low in volume. If your Bluetooth headset is on, you can hear it clear in your ears. Otherwise, the speaker phone or handset speaker, you can barely hear the announcer alerting you on who is calling you. It's very faint. The volume is at max. Another issue is still not working properly, reading the text feature. So, 1:5 texts I receive the feature will work. Even after repeated "Yes!" to read the message for me, it won't do it. It still does not read your second number messages (sideline, Google second number, etc). It will only read your data messages receive on your phone. This app is owning up to its capabilities. I will be trying another call alert app. This is an initial, day 1, review. It works with your phone's messaging service. I have a second phone number app (sideline) that is also a messaging app and this app DOES NOT announce the caller's from Sideline (which is where most of my messages are coming from. Also, the read text, by saying "YES" after the announcing prompt in my phone's messaging app does not work. Did a diagnostic through this app and it said everything was working fine or reset the customized settings I just did. That's too much to redo over. 3 out of 5 stars is my honest rating.

This is an awesome app. Having the ability to hear who the text is from while I'm working so I know whether I should answer immediately is priceless. I have 2 suggestions that would make this even better. Have a paid version to disable the ads and add the ability for mms.

Used to be OK now my phone has upgraded system to 6.0.1 it doesn't work at all, have tried uninstalling and installing still doesn't work, needs updating at least. Poor job. Uninstalled forever.

When driving, when shaving, when eating... You don't have to touch your phone but when you want to reply to a SMS or to a WhatsApp. I'll put the fifth star when it will have a notification icon when running and the option to read WhatsApp messages or autoplay audio messages in WhatsApp

I think this is one and only app of its kind which keeps its promise.all other are fake.all other means all other.

It doesn't work. It was good in the beginning after a while it doesn't work at all. It says to go to settings to enable but it already is. I even reinstalled it. It still won't work

works fine, but if not opened for long will just stop announcing name for calls. Please fix stop issue.

I wish it wouldn't stop working like the other caller I'd apps. That needs to be fixed. So that every call n text is announced. Other than that its all good.

just do its job perfectly. It could be more professional if there would not be such animations.

One of the best caller ID apps I have tried, works good and reads sms , very helpful but I can't receive talked messages from my wife's Samsung 6 edge. It doesn't talk or notify me of her messages. We have the same phone. It works well for everyone else except with my wife's Samsung 6 edge

I use this app almost a year it's too good man I can notice any of my caller without looking on phone when I riding bike and also free from unwanted caller because its custom setting . Thank you Buddy keep it up.

When all other call announcement apps failed to work with my Motorola Moto X, this one worked!. This app does everything I needed and more!.

Why does the identity of caller not come through on Bluetooth headset? I have a jabra storm and I can take call but identity comes over phone.

The app would have been good but it's volume is very low even when you increase it to maximum when it rings u still don't hear.please improve on the alert volume and I will give my 5 stars

Sometimes it works , sometimes it does not. There's something wrong with the app. I'm uninstalling it.

Tried other similar app. This is the only one which is working all the time. Has a beautiful user interface. You can do better with the app icon to make it more attractive.

Works great. Reads message loud n clear.. good for relaxed you can hear message.

This app is not working on my Lonovo VIBE A7030a48.

Now it's time to update this app to get Facebook Messenger's Caller Name. Please think about this feature.

Always use feature that lets me listen to messages thru Bluetooth. Love name announcement, I don't have to move to see who's calling.

Its not working with bluetooth headset. Otherwise good.
