【機能】
「揺れた！（地震感知情報）」のリアルタイム共有
　→"揺れた！"の発信はもちろん、利用者の"揺れた！"をリアルタイムにご覧いただけます。
過去の配信情報の確認
　→過去にP2P地震情報に配信された情報を確認できます。
プッシュ通知
　→地震情報、津波予報、揺れた！（地震感知情報）をプッシュ通知で受信できます。
