Gxxno z Lidla nie funkcjonalne z tym programem.Nie potrzebuje zewnetrznego IP za co +.Internet najlepiej z LTE bo rwie 3g strasznie.After update to new version camera is disconnecting livestream.When i'm connected i can only view recorded video!mail notification not works/google is blocking access to mail account.From pc in no access to camera!Video download cannot resume and is disconnecting when i download videos.

It's a terrible app . Keeps stopping working .. yet no other app compatible.

Very poor frame rate (20 FPS) and inabilty to view in web browser. Software needs work. ( Lidl purchase 2017 )

Not the easiest of apps to setup or use! Got it with a camera from Lidl, can't seem to use the camera from a web page!

Crappy disconnecting loosing camera and od useless

I have OMGuard HD installed on my phone and it has been working great. But now it is saying Wrong Security Code and won't let me access it. I don't have the original packaging or booklet, and can't reset security code. I would appreciate some help with this. Thanks

Works fine and does what is supposed to do

I used to be able to view recorded clips remotely, a very useful feature indeed. Now all I see is a blank screen instead. Please fix. Otherwise a good app. Thanks.

I could see remotely a live feed but there were no options to download the files. Not very helpful if I see something suspicious when I am away from home and would like to capture the image. The screen shots shown were not what I saw. No help function to use either. Pointless

E mail alerts haven't worked for months

The developer does not explain why there is need for all the permissions requested by the application.

Email alerts seem to work and very little issues overall. For the price I think it is an excellent product. I bought camera from lidl and like the adverts, i got a lidl surprise. Very happy. Hopefully they don't change app much in future.

I have to reconnect a couple of times to view home but it has worked for me in the daylight especially

Update: Emails started working again May 24th. No changes ever made to system. Assume a service interruption but it would have been nice to have been advised. Alert Emails have stopped. Both cameras have not sent any emails for two days beginning May 16th 23:30 BST. No settings were changed. Both cameras are detecting and recording OK but the email service is not working at all.

This is a well thought out combination of app and the Smartwares camera, which was an exceedingly well priced Lidl Special Offer. The functionality of the system is superb, allowing me to view multiple (4) camera feeds over both local WiFi and over a 3G/4G data connection from anywhere. I would have given this app 5 stars but for one annoying issue: If you try to set a gmail address as the notification email (which is the ONLY allowed option) gmail returns a "Sign in attempt prevented" warning, as the app doesn't meet Google's app security standards. You are then either limited to having app only notifications, or to disabling security checking on your gmail account, not a good idea. On the other hand, contrary to the advice on the camera helpline that this could not be done, I succeeded in attaching the camera to a mobile wifi router SSID, which raises all kinds of interesting possibilities. ;)

Functions fine once you figure out how to use it. Hit the cog icon at the bottom of the screen then doubletap the preview to go fullscreen live feed. Instructions didnt mention this. Camera was dead easy to set up and so far has worked perfectly. In full hd the framerate isnt great on my wireless n/ac router, so minus a star for that as its got plenty of bandwidth, it works fine in the other 3 video modes though.

Device App and History permissions and access to my mobile Camera for new update. I don't think it's needed so 1 star

I added my email address, but I don't receive any notifications what so ever. The camera is writing on the SD card, because I can see the empty size on the card is decreasing.

I inserted a sd card to the camera. Then evertime when there's a notification, the app won't load.

Email function doesn't work, have tried various email accounts. Deletes videos without asking, can generally only access videos from last 24hrs. Camera cannot be accessed at times and needs a reboot (no use if I am away which is the main point of having a camera). Other than that, the rest of the time it functions ok.

The most user unfriendly piece of software. Makes you wonder who designs this.

No way of turning it off. If should turn off when broadband connection is lost

HELP.....Cannot change securtiy password so now cannot use the camera. Changed phones so had to reinstall the app, cannot find user manual anywhere and tried to contact OMGUARD but no reply which is frustrating. Please could somebody tell me how to change this. Would give it more stars if working

Would give 6* if I could get all cameras on video playback. Only camera 1 events are listed.
