Hotel Booking, Budget Hotel Deals and Discounts

I think Oyo did a great job in Bangalore recently compared to my experience last year in Jaipur.(when I had swore to never use OYO).. Both venues were cost effective yet very comfortable with clean washrooms and comfortable rooms

Awesome app, really commited to service and geniune in giving the services as mentioned in the app, clean hygienic rooms , loved the hostility and service if oyo hotels, will recommend to everyone. It has 1.hygienic rooms, .2 .hassle free check-in 's 3.woderful hostility at oyoa . 4. Amazing food 5.free breakfast

My worst experience so far, Oyo has hit a all time low in the service standards. It's just fooling customers by quoting facilities like lift, in house restaurants, complementary breakfast, Card payment and so on however once to reach the hotel or check-in the hotel will rudely say that these services are only on app to show!! Additionally there is no proper maintenance of the rooms. Leakage, TV channels etc. Beware of the fraud oyo is doing now. One of the most degraded service provider now for hotels booking.

Oyo applies cheap tactics and fake promotions to give you a sense of satisfaction. Oyo money is one of the most cruel ways to totally fool customers into believing there is any kind of savings made. They will end up charging the same rate for any room you book, no matter how much Oyo money you have. And just for the sake of it, they will write "₹120 Oyo money used". Rooms are sub-standard, rates are always high. Would have uninstalled this app if there were better option. Since there is not a better options for this part of India, cheap Oyo monopoly continues.

Bad experience. Waited around 1 hour for checkin food service was also slow waited around more than 1 hour and the lift service was very bad I had to walk through the stairs to get down 4 floors. My booking ID was NCDI7045

Oyo really cares about it's customers. Due to some reason i was unable to check in to the hotel. They replied very promptly to my issue, resolved it. They even refuned the amount. This was my first time with OYO. Definitely not going to be last time.

Worst experience in Bangalore. Even booked for early check-in but Oyo hotel informing all room booked at 7 am when arrived to hotel SPAN SUITS.ADVICE Not to believe this chain.

I am raipur. Thk for oyo companies, good service . But local id ko night mai ruck ne ko mana q kiya ja rha hai.first time gaya hu hotal mai. Baki muje q problem nhi.

So here it goes like.. few days back i book a hotel from oyo for 1400 - 20% discount = 1120. Now m booking same hotel with so called 50 percent discount price showing 2360 - 50% = 1180. Making fools to us. Booked same hotel now on Goibibo 800rs. Including everything. Will never book from oyo.

The prices of rooms are often hiked somtimes up to twofold and thereafter people are fooled by giving discounts of 50%..60% and bla bla bla.....the base price of rooms dratically increases as soon as discounts are offered

The app just manages everything.. It's awesome and suits my pocket... There is detailed information on the app about the room including pictures, giving a clarity on the hotel status... The staff is very cooperative and friendly... Love you OYO team... Keep up the good work !!!!!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff in the reception were very nice and friendly. Food was not so tasty though. But overall quite happy with everything. Thank you Oyo.

I had a double payment situation and it's been a month and i didn't get any refund. Oyo's customer care service is of no use.

Photograph of ur hotels r good & beautiful... But some hotels r cheap poor looking...poor b'fast & interiors..showing rates different.. Booking rates different stop making fool

Oyo some properties very fine and some are just making money. Suggestion for those. Believe in quality not in quantity. Like Apple be unique and creative. Versa paradise that's call service properties beyond that a one hotal. Supab experience.nice view

Except a few properties, most of them are poorly managed. Worst of thing is irritating calls that start coming after booking is done...and its mandatory to pick those up otherwise they cancel the booking... What a pathetic service. I am frequent traveller with more than 20 days travel per month and I never use OYO as my first choice, OYO is always used as last option that too ...with cautions ..... And I am not alone, all of my colleagues follow the same rule. OYO customer service is worst and most pathetic. Continue this and we will soon say Good Bye to OYO. Look

Oyo has made hotel booking very easy. In unknown cities it feels quite risky when you are Unmarried couple.

It's not hotel but like my bedroom with all comfort and privacy .

It is the best hotel booking app available on play store. The tariffs are pretty decent, hotels match the standards in every aspect. Staff of every hotel I have booked through OYO was well mannered and dedicated. And the food provided by hotel restaurants..in particular..is exquisite. Overall it was hassle-free experience. I would try that you people get the maximum business from my acquaintances.

Very good App for the services provided by OYO and as it is now available in most of cities in India. It gives tourists and travellers lot many options to book room as per choice and budget.

In rewari only 2 hotels available for coupels and both are show sold out for next 1 months...

Amazing variety. Found nice places to stay in a lot of cities, and near prime locations too.

I am not able to use OYO Money.. If I can use OYO Money just remove that option....

Fed up with this app not getting a single room in my price range at coorg all we 6 friends tried to book rooms even I have booked bike for my trip, hole trip is gonna flushed in gutter,now god will save my trip ..guys plz give any other app suggestion which can help me to save the trip....

Totally hopeless service...dikhate kuch aur hain aru dete kuch aur hain...Hotel Noble International at Delhi...they dont even allowed us to checkin at the hotel...instead kept us in some 3rd class hotel....
