Ordered from redcooker. The payment went through in netbanking. The order shows placed, but is not delivered. The phone on website is not working. Terrible customer service!

I am the regular customer of Redcooker. I find the food very good in quality. But today I writing with an issue I am encountering now a days is the HOME FOOD section has no home delivery facility provided. Which made the regular customer of redcooker like me very disappointed. Request you to restart the Home Delivery option for HOME FOOD section. Home Food section still showing as "TAKE AWAY ONLY" for Bellandur and Marathahalli area also.

Food was tasty neat and take away is good. Loved the food.☺☺

First of all very happy with delivery time but attitude of delivery boy and quality of product was ridiculous. The french fries which we got contained sand and hair...and was not properly cleaned...the delivery boy just delivered and left without paying balance amount..I won't prefer and refer redcooker .

Placed the order through Paytm and now they are telling me that it ll not be delivered as per the location where they delivered hundred times and now as its an online order so redirect me to customer care for the refund.

It's very pleasant to order food here....but I think it would have been better if maharatrian delicacies are added here in your menu. ..thanks for the wonderful app

The app crashes the second I open it. I'm using a nexus 6. Please look into it. I'm a first time user.

Food taste is good but on my 1st order was happy with the quantity and taste later on my next orders quantity of food was reducing

I would like to highlight this particular instance where delivery boy Sasi had delivered my food frm Red Cooker. It was almost a month back & he owed me ₹20 change. I ordered from Red Cooker today and after a month, the same delivery boy appeared. The first thing he did was to return my change which I had completely forgotten about! I am going to give this person and the entire staff a 5 star rating because of the food and the surprise element that they displayed....good job team Red Cooker...kudos to Sasi!

Have ordered few times from this app. Though for one thing I appreciate the great taste , but quantity wise its very poor in curry or sabjee options . so I find it not value for money . I have tried eatfresh, eatlo, freshmenu etc too . only with redcooker I find the quantity very less for same or more price as compared to competition. So will not recommend !

Give the chef a raise !! Needs more sweet dishes/desserts though

Loved the food, meal boxes are value for money. It would be nice to choose some add-ons like extra rotis, omlette etc coz for me, the quanity was a lil less. Bring in the option to choose sides, add-ons, i'll order twice from you everyday..Nonetheless good concept for home delivery..!!

Tried for the 1st time and delivery was very prompt. Veg Thai green curry was good, Panner Makhani was average. Will order again, hope you increase your menu options soon

I really like the food and healthy food

Hey there I love the food from Red cooker. A colleague had suggested me this and the food was exactly as shown in the picture. Never have I been disappointed till now. Clean and hygienic food with proper packaging, keeping account of the smallest detail of things you would need while eating. P.S: I have never had better rotis than these apart from those made by my mom. Soft, thin and properly cooked.

Channa : undercooked. Rotis : undercooked. Most important the pictures in the app set an expectation which the food completely let's you down upon. Am uninstalling it.

The food is so oily. There is a complete layer of oil in vegetables. Rotis were also not cooked properly.

Have tried many food apps and services, but this one clearly stands out. Variety of options, taste, packaging and delivery were just amazing. I think you should have ratings, so that good home-chefs really get the due rewards.

My order didn't come. What's the point of opening a startup if you can't deliver!

Great food, lovely packaging. Overall much better taste than FreshMenu but with a better value. Go for it!!

Tried Redcooker for the first time last week - excellent food quality, great packaging and on time delivery!!! Keep up the good work RedCooker.

WE ordered Fish Fingers, Ginger chicken, Murg Handi and Paris Brest. First of all..the fish finger was not freaking fish wrapped in some batter and fried..not crispy as the ad showed! And did not look fresh either. Also the quantity was horrendous.. 780 rupees 3 course meal and we were left hungry. Ridiculous! And that donut thingy you call Paris Brest..was the worst 90 rupees spent ever. Not gonna order again! Thank You!
