Never buy from eureka Forbes . They are not providing the right service. Customer service representatives are rude. They tell you not to call multiple times in a day if you face some problem.

Eureka gives very BAD Service to its customers. It takes 5 days & at least 100 calls NB to register a service request. Quality of service in Varanasi is also even more worse.

Very bad service. Customer care girl and boys thirdclass. They can't understand anything. Third class and very bad customer care centre.....

They create product and don't provide any support. Even the cartridge not available after product is sold. Customer support, worst, use less. I ordered a product online and after a week I checked, there was no detail of my order in there system. They even don't recognize my customer ID and phone number.

After installing this app I am unable to un install it. This may not be customised properly by developer.

It took 6 months for the 1st service to be done. Also, the service rep took 120 rupees for 1.5 Metre pipe which is very very costly.. My confidence in Eureka Forbes is completely lost.. It's a complete failure on your part..

Very very bad customer service, told me our customer support will visit in 1-2 days, it's been 10 days and I have complaints 3 times, but no one came yet....worst experience.... One should not even think of buying it

This app is meant for employees of eureka. As this is not of use to me, I want to uninstall this app. But, the option is disabled.

why admin rights....???? Tough to uninstall

Go to settings / security settings/ device administrator from there u can find how to uninstall
