Fake and very bogus app, after adding money it doesn't responding... I lost my added money .... I recommend people please don't use this application

Worst app, dont spend time it'd simply waste of time. I have loaded 4000 to my wallet and I'm trying to transfer money to my bank its not working, simply getting sorry for inconvenience they r not evening telling the proper reason why the transaction declined

Not open after install. It tells that my phone has custom OS installed. But actually my Redmi note 4g has Stock updated OS from MI India. Also, I tested transfer to bank option through Website. For 100 Rs, transaction charge is 5 Rs. So, 5% ? Can't acceptable........

I used to pay someone, I have added 1k money to send someone. Oxigen merchant claim this money as cash withdrawals and as you know if cash withdrawals through credit card then 300 rupees per transaction charges. For adding one thousand, I have paid extra 300 to bank. I have contacted oxigen customer care, but they did not hear something and close my ticket without knowing me.

You Careless people , My Transaction failed but you still haven't refunded my amount yet. its just fraudulent wallet. i wrote down atleast 10 times till now about my Refund. Still Didn't get any response from you. where is my money??? Pls refund

No1 fake app Cheater.. Mera 120rs katlya, Prepaid visa card create kya, or 120 kaltiya,But, Vcc vi show nhi krrahe,.Mail kya Cc ko but, usne bola Money refund nhi hoga, So plzz guy's don't download this Cheater & fake app, & I will never use this fake app. Hope u like my 1Star ratting

App is very slow. Prepaid visa card features have many problems to create and use this.so, Please update a good version. Thank you

jst,a waste app, and the customer cares are deaf, they only listen to my complaint and put off the phone, it happend with me 5 times,every transaction i did using this app is failed at first time, and dissolved after complaint to 10 to 13 working days

Most unreliable wallet service. Guys don't go for it. I added some money for just to try it. The transaction has failed but money is debated and it is 6 days till now. I didn't got my money back. I called their care and written email to care@oxygen... noting worked. I was a regular user of PayTM and i tried this app just because they have the virtual debt card service but that service is too down for months.

Such me chor company he, Recharge ke bahane logo se paise nikalte he. Even not supporting on email communication also. Failed transaction not showing in transaction history.

Very bad app and very slow process I have a offer of adding 10 and getting 20 cash back but didn't get any money and visa card also not formed

Really worst app. Don't transaction to over this app. Otherwise you lose your money. Oxigen app makes fool us to partnership with a fake krispy app. This two app make fool us. They really don't give any money. And these two apps have no any costmer service.

App is quite good.But i don't like its customer service. I had talk to them and asked for offer related to oxigen wallet they talk too roodly..even they don't listen our problems...I request you all not to do transaction to this wallet it will give u transaction id but don't give credit.Many of time it say we are improving our service try after 48 hrs.

Very cheit, theft I had made a transaction to a bank account, money is debitet but show transaction failed. Yet I had not refunded my money

Where is my prepaid card? I have made it but now it is showing you have no card. Check ASAP I know this will happen so i noted down the card no. I recommend not to install this app.

I have made the traction on June 2 .And i transfers the money to the account ..It not reached..Then i called the customer suport..They said that it will be refunded within 7 days .But it is more than 10 days ..When i call customer support they won't respomse..Lost of time

This is very very bad apps.if you install i sure your money will be lost.dont install.i add money in my prepaid visa..And then my card not work.

I have added Rs3000 in wallet then I created Virtual debit card and transferred money to that visa card. But now my Visa card is not visible and I don't have idea how to use this money. I have wrote mail and they created case 559054 but no use till now.... by seeing this much bad comment I am not sure I will get my money back. One week if I will not get my money with interest then I will register froud case against this company.

Prepaid visa card logo ko luthne ka naya tarika. Prepaid visa card me jab tum paisa add karoge koie prb nehi hogi thik thak add ho jayega. Ekbr add ho gaya to nikal nehi sakoge. I asked rbl bank and oxigen wallet no one solve this problem even not responding

Greedy thieves. Don't try this app at all! No transaction is able to be made and they just add the money in the wallet once a certain transaction cancels (they cancel transactions deliberately)! They are bloody thieves. I wonder what is it still doing on the playstore?!

This is the most disgusting app. Never do the transaction through their wallet. they will deduct money from wallet and will fail the transaction and keep money unallocated with them. They are real theives. Happened to me two times and ended up lossing 5000 never got it back

Wtf.... I made two transaction to add money in wallet yesterday via my master card but your cheap app shows transaction failed and money also debited from my account and your cheap app doesn't show any money in wallet so where is my money.. I also try to reach to ur customer care service through call but no one pick the call.. I tell u that if u don't resolve It shortly I Surely go for consumer court.. Worst app and the wallet as well. Added 4000/- and not able to login. OTP is not coming after multiple try, money is stuck, since no outlet is accepting this wallet. There are lot of alternatives, stay away from this.

Try to login but failed. A pop up appears communication with server failed please check your GPRS and handset setting. All other app installed on device is working fine except oxigen wallet. Now I am going to unistall this app

Bad Experience... 8 recharged my wallet with 120 rupees.. Just to test the App.. Balance from my account get deducted but it is not showing in my oxigen wallet.. Even I didn't get any transaction number.. Very bad service..

Too much bad experience... I cant suggest any1 for this app...i cant transfer, cant recharge..... Showing Wallet inactive while i hav Rs 584 in my wallet....very much bad...i am giving 1 star only...not deseves for rating even. I thnk they r utilising wallet balance for customers...even customer service cant sort out customer prblm...better not to download...

Suggest eveyone should stay away from this app. This app is not reliable. Created a prepaid card, first time it worked. Second time it has used up my money, but not able to use it any website for last two days. Luckily​ I was trying with small amount. I can see lot of users with similar complaints, so everyone beware.

They are scammers i made a virtual visa card they deducted money from my account but my card disappeared i called customer care he told uninstall the app and reinstall to get my card visible but still it is showing "error code A2" what is this man? Customer care executive Mr. Deep doesn't know ethics of handling customers and imitating customer voice during call. Asked him to transfer call to team lead or manager, he says I am manager here, even though he is an executive. Pathetic customer handling.

First recharged for 304 rs. Vodafone pack. Never got my flex points however my money was deducted already. Vodafone says oxigen will have to refund. I bet oxigen will say the same. So disappointing experience. Wanted refund or flex points- thanks.

What a rubbis service provide by oxigen wallet,i have creat a virtual visa card first it work fine when we add 20 rs but again we creat visa card with loaded money 40 rs ,now we try to use that money,error message comes that transaction declined by your bank.kindly contact your bank. No one solve it till now....
