Future Pay

Balance credited in wallet expires on the same month ending! This is pathetic. I shop from big bazar once in a month. Sometimes it is not possible to visit there twice. Administrator must focus on the issue and balance may be carried forward to next month atleast for 6 months. Please reply.

Since yesterday I am trying to register my mobile number after doing shopping at big bazaar, but it is showing as server not connected. I suppose it's a fake app

I was told that will get 300 wallet balance on purchase of 3000 worth items.. but not received till now.. msg received from BB but not credited till date.. Pathetic service.. liers

They don't show expiry date of cash back or any intimation sms waste of money it's strategy of false promise of cash back. Again I am never going for cash back in big bazaar they cheat with people.

0 rating but there is no 0 rating so giving 1. This is worst wallet as there is no refund to wallet option like other wallets in market. I would suggest don't use it. I am uninstalling.

Please do not download this aap. This is a fraud aap. First it offer me 200/- when I go for shopping the salesman tell me the offer is started from next month. After some days in my aap wallet left only 100/-. The aaps compny and the store both are fraud.

Not even worth of 1 star, there is no less than 1 star. At Hyderabad Central there is a offer of 1100 cashback on purchase of 9999 and above. I had purchased 13000 worth and paid through futurepay wallet. I got a cashback of 300 and why did u even sent 300 when the offer was 1100. Why do u advertise such fake cashback offers. Worst service from Future Pay. Dont want to use it again dont even recommend to others. Need to report these kind of apps so that no one else get cheated.

Future Pay app not Open on my mobile every time same massage read on screen "Could not connect to server. please try again". Now I have reinstall App. Now easy open.

It's a fraud application. I can't use my money in wallet. From last one month same mesage is coming dat "failed to connect server" very poor service. Big Bazar is saying dat if I don't use my money in wallet den money will be lapsed dat I got from shopping @ big bazar. If ur application is not connected to server den how can I use my money. Really dey are duping consumer like us. Infact I say don't buy from big Bazar anything

Worst app, company should be give wallet validaty at least 30day..but they are giving only that month when ever month you purchesed..Exam: if you purchase 20/8/17...then wallet reward balance velid only for 10 day.. wallet exp on 31/8/17...very Bad....

It's just fake I have purchased a product and company had promise to pay 1500 future pay but I didn't get... They just make people foolish

"Couldnot connect to server . Please try again later ... " Again nd again the same thing fed up with this kind of service. 125 rupees which was suppose to come monthly dat also didnt come . Did not expected this thing from a renowed compny

I purchased 2 times from central during festival offer. I suppose to get 300+500, but on vollet it is credited only 500. No customer care is there.

Fake . Big Bazar is cheating customers. First they insisted to download this app and promised that Rs. 500 will be credited in your account with 48 hours (that after making a purchase of INR 2500). That money never came. Pathetic.

It's of no use my a/c balance is zero previously I have done shopping from big bazaar and they gave a certain cash back in this app it's not showing anything about the money. There is zero balance showing in this app

No doubt this is fraud!! Even after registration, when I tried to pay at big bazaar it was showing insufficient funds, I had 135rs in my wallet. Waste of time and money. Even the offers mentioned are fake.

If there was a minus rating I would not be resilient in giving it to this app. This is the worst app I have ever encountered Whenever u feel like availing the discount or the wallet money u ll always get error. Not connected to the server...It has happened ample of times And the customer care service is beyond pathetic...so how r we supposed to resolve our grievances I have cash in my wallet and that's the reason I am letting this app eat some space in my cell phone ...else I would have easily deleted this trouble from my life Happened again...nothing is worse than this app

Big bazar Fraud company , all fake promises. Customer care will never respond to call. No proper response. I never trust this Big Bazar any more, Big bazar is intended to make money, forgot customer satisfaction. I had very bad experience with phoenix market city big bazar store And their is no customer support. And the store manager is indecent and using flity language with their own staff. Big bazar management is failure in customer support and managing their own staff. BB need learn how to educate customer. A continuous anoncement about the offers won't influence the customer to bill more. A single hording will educate the customer to know , what benefits they get before and after the bill.

Horrible. They just promise cash back on certain day and don't credit in time. And the best is their cash back expiry date remains the same. Cheaters.

Cheatimg done my big bazzar, i purchased products worth Rs 5000 and they told me i would be eligble for Rs 1000 cash back 125 each month starting from 1 sep. I got message to download the future pay app to get money added to wallet. But till today no money has been added no one pick the the helpdesk number

It never opens up. Always displays the message ’sorry couldn't connect to the server'. No matter how strong connection I am using. I was supposed to get money into it but I can't because it never opens.

Alert alert :this is fraud app. Money disappear from wallet and no one will answer your call in customer care.no one will answer your mail. I am trying to reach customer care but no one answering since last week. I by mistake added money to future wallet and now i can't use to central. I called cc and they said money will be revert back to bank but now no sign of my money not in wallet nor in my bank

Cheat.. Told by a representative @big bazaar for some cash back in my wallet when I purchased from Big Bazaar but even after registering future pay with the same no, no cash back was given... Total cheat app.. They think people to be fool and make customers fools.. Should have given 0 star but just cannot give it.. Good luck for this app.

If u shops at Big Bazar , fbb, central mall then this app is very useful.I gets cashback time to time. Only broblm I have facing is that we can't use central wallet credit in Big Bazar. Pls try to sort out this problm. Otherwise it's been wonderful experience so far with future pay app.

Cheating. When we r going in fbb or big bazaar they are not accept my future app money due to that money is in central app. So this totally cheat bcaz ur representative told that money accept in all store which is given in ur list.

Good app. I am getting cash back timely n using it. But sometimes server problem exists, it applies to every app not only future pay app. As you adopt to improved n innovative one you will also become excellent one. I also observe that this app is being updated periodically. I wish this app a good luck.

one suggestion for improvement is... inform offers through push messages on app and keep it valid for a calendar month. it will standardize offers all across stores and also for regular customers. half of big bazar stores in North india are in a pathetic condition and staff is ignorant or illiterate.

Poor app....I have not received cashback of rs.300..even though i got message that i am eligible ​for it... neither they reply to the mail nor they pick up the phone... didn't expected this from such a renowned name

For this, you can go and beg in streets. It was mentioned in bigbazaar that if you bought things for 2000, 500 will be given as cash back. After billing you people informed Rs 125 will be given as monthly cash back for 4 months to cover Rs 500. Now I got a msg saying you have a unused cash back of 125 and it will expire on 21-Sep. It is really irritating. Giving monthly cash back itself is a cheap thing, in that they given a expiry date too. What the hell discount is this. They should do favor for customers not for themselves. Idiots I think I have scolded you very decently....

Wromg offers fraud offers Booked two led with cash back. Only one cash back offer given quoting that one offer per mobile no. No terms mentioned at time of sale nor mentioned in scheme or bill but now asking to wait for their response. Dont have hopes.

Fraud even the don't inform my wallet money's experienced date properly and suddenly got SMS that expired. They must be give prior expire date before deducted money. Very disappointing.

QR Code scanning is slow. Need to enable flash to scan in low lit areas. Doesn't navigate back on its own after adding money. Neither the ok button takes u back. Can't delete already added debit cards as the delete function doesn't work.

Lost 25000. Did a wrong transaction and amount got credited to wrong wallet. I tried hours for someone in customer care to pick. But no one attended. No reply to mails also. Fraud app

Total fraud.... App was working fine till 31 august...and they told me that i can use cashback money (125) rs....from 1st sept....bt....after that,app didn't open.....and it shows 'error could not connect to server' msg....

I thought this is good but it is not working at all. Every time I get same message "sorry couldn't connect to server". Wallet is not showing money. Even I am not able to submit my bill for price match. Developer of this app, needs to update app immediately.
