I love it but please add google home support as that would only be a minor software update for the existing devices and also enhences the product value during sales.

Took me a while to work out why I could not link my smart-plug to the app. It turns out that the WIFI password needs to be 27 characters or fewer (mine was 32). Finally got this information from the vendors support team. Once linked, the device responds quickly and reliably. Would be great if the developers could release some information on the api for these devices so that one could control the devices via third party platforms such as IFTTT. I can do this with the TP-Link devices. Good value for money but basic functionality at the moment, no information on for example the WiFi signal strength,

dev team help I will change rating. Not able to find the smart pug at all, show 0 device connection. Connecting to 2.4g router, password is 13 digit without any special character. tried resetting it. can not find. The plug led was blinking fast from before resetting too. isse with both the plugs I received

Unable to connect to router. Can't find device when scanning. Tried everything. Apparently only works on routers that are 2.4ghz. Don't know 9f that why I can't find it when scanning. Wasted enough time on it.

I have fought with both eFamily and eFamily Plus for 2 hours trying to get 2 lightbulbs to sync. I don't think it can be done on android.

Can only register using the email which worked fine. However, I have been trying to get it to work with Amazon Alexa but to link your account you need to enter your phone number which I never even used to register! If you try to register with your phone number its impossible to work out how to get the verification code for it to work...
