※ 2. 스케줄 수정 확인!
학생은 선생님의 과외 스케줄을 통해 자신의 부족한 내용과 수업비를 확인하여 매칭이 가능합니다. 수업료는 과외교사가 직접 선택할 수 있습니다.

※ 3. 내 스케줄 확인
학생이 과외선생님의 스케줄을 결제했다면 내 스케줄에서 확인 가능합니다. 과외를 받는 횟수만큼 과외비가 차감됩니다.


※ 4. 과외비 환불
모래시계는 투명한 환불정책을 고수합니다. 학생이 스케줄 중간에 해지를 원할 경우 결제 수수료를 제외한 남은 과외비 모두 환불됩니다.


※ 5. 과외비 정산
모래시계를 이용하는 과외교사에 대해 정산을 진행합니다. 정산신청의 기준은 과외교사가 교습을 수행한 횟수만큼 출금신청을 할 수 있습니다.
출금 신청 시 지정된 계좌에 48시간 이내(토요일, 공휴일 제외) 입금됩니다.
