I hate this app.

Its very outdated. It does basics but you can't see credit card transaction without going to another site. I tried to pay a bill. They cut the check. The payee went to cash the check and they wouldn't cash it bc it wasn't a Ouachita valley check...even though they cut it.

One day it works, next day it doesn't. Wish it would make up it's mind as living put of state and app not working makes budgeting hard. Considering switching banks after 21 years.

Some days the app will work and other days it won't..There are always error messages and sometimes you have to call the bank just to get it fixed..They need to redo this app

I got the up date app after I called the number because I got an error message. App worked fine for one day and now I can't log on. Keeps giving me an error message again. How is this an improvement? I didn't have this problem with the other one. Someone needs to fix this.

I also called the number because I couldn't log into the app guy said go to the website and set it up so I did and now I'm locked out can't sign in this app update needs to be fixed....right now not next week or whenever you guys feel like it! Or get rid of it! if you think your doing me a favor buy having this junk app well think again Tonto I can balance a checkbook!!! The app version prior to this one worked fine but oh we have to change things leave working stuff alone!

For everyone who is having troubles, you must create a new login on their website then go from there. Hope this helps

OVFCU's app and website is constantly down. I wouldn't recommend banking here.

Since I updated won't let me sign in.

If you remove the old app & reinstall it should work if you set up the new app.

I've not been able to open the app since the last update. It gives me an error message everytime.

This app has many issues that need to addressed! It does not update my balance like it should and I make payment from my account and it sometimes takes up to 2 weeks for it take it from my account!! Not helpful at all. I'm actually considering changing banks just so I don't have to use these unprofessional and unhelpful services they offer.

I used this app daily. Now the new update keeps giving me an error message.

Every since the update I am unable to access this app unless I'm connected to a Wi-fi connection, and that sucks.

After I updated the app it wouldn't allow me to login and gave me an error msg. I completely uninstalled the app and reinstalled and now it works great

This app has never worked for me. I have had installed for about two years and have tried repeatedly to install and uninstall it trying to coax it into working. Still nothing.

Entered a username I know doesn't exist (online account not reopened yet + username not associated with this CU); went straight to security questions. When entered incorrect response, didn't say as much and only took me to new security Q. Went through about 12 Qs because I was really just curious if it would stop me, which it will not. My suggestion for improvement is to implement measures so that the app will stop the user when incorrect info is entered. Also would like contact info for CU at start.

It saves a trip to the bank if you need to transfer money. You'll always know your bank statements. One of the best parts is, once you transfer money to another account it is automatically there, there is no need of waiting for hours, seconds, and minutes for the transferred money to be ready to use. Another thing, as soon as you leave the app, it automatically locks. For example, if I received a text message, while on the banking app and open the message the banking app will close and lock.

I have found this app to be safe and reliable, its simple to use and automatically has your funds in the account when you transfer.Hope the app will grow into something better, but hey sometimes simple is the best way to go

For a while, the app worked, and I loved it. Then all of a sudden, it asked me to set up my security settings again, and hasn't worked properly since.

Ok so all my information was put in correctly and now they eill not let me log in. Well its the weekend and there is nobody there to answer. Ive never seen a bank that dont have a 1800 number to answer questions.Even i tried to change my address and phone number and the branch on 165 all needs to be fired . They didnt want to help me and they would hang up on me. Then I would call back and they continued to hang up on me. What children. There is to many people needing jobs!

Can't ever log in even though I know I am putting in correct log in info. If it does let me pass the log in, It asks a million questions that worry me like it's a virus or something.

I had the app on iPhone no issues however on android it sometimes let's me sign in but it kicks me out after a few seconds
