AT&T Smart Sync Monitor for Android
Worthless Unit, App and Support. If you call, all they do is take messages and absolutely no one calls back. The app simply spins stating the connection is to low, which I know isn't true. We're returning it as fast as we can... Absolutely do not buy this unit.
We think the system is great. Yes the app needs to be restarted if the phone goes to sleep, but the monitor provided works great, the phone app lets grandma watch 30 miles away, and we find it great in home for tracking info and watching our baby.
Had prroblems from day 1. Wife unable to connect with ios but I was able to connect with andriod. Iverall it sucks for the price. We'll be returning ir ASAP.
Bought the 5inch screen last night with an extra camera. Got it home and finally got it set up for maybe a minute and couldn't get it to connect again. Taking it back ASAP
Absolute garbage! Stay away from this product and the company that makes.

I bought this very expensive baby monitor with the expectation of being able to use my phone as a monitor along with the provided monitor that has a very slow operating system. The app does not allow me to sync my phone to my camera. The app crashes everytime. There is also about a 2 to 3 second delay in audio and video. Probably going to go back to the good old sound monitor or buy a go pro and just use that. Thanks AT&T for wasting my time and money. Hopefully I will be able to get a full refund,
Within 48 hours we returned this piece of crap. The function of the system itself outside of the app are great HOWEVER the app is the demise of this this system. If you want to use anything other than the monitor to watch your little one find a different system.
I can't get this app to work! I'm sure it would be a great product worth the money I spent if the app would pair with camera. It crashes every time I try to pair therefore making it uselss.
Update: We're returning this overpriced POS. Doesn't work, period. Trying today set up my phone to be able to view monitor, but I keep getting the message "mHealth storage not available at this time. Please try again later"
Out of the box the monitor touchscreen did not function. The operating system on the monitor when it does boot up is clunky, despite it being stripped of pretty much all of Android. Further the app force closes a lot and has limited functionality.
Don't let me connect to the camera with my phone. Keep getting a waiting message then in says unable to connect

Like the app over all. However i hate that it unexpectedly closed when ever the screen times out. Leads to all soft of funkiness with keeping count of Brest freed times.
App force closes when the screen shuts off. So when your mid feeding you have to restart the app. Also give me the option to not connect to the camera first. If Im out of the house and need to log a feeding or want to check some data with the doctor it's annoying to have to wait and then see an empty bed. not to mention if the wifi is down the time out on the camera is forever! The app works fine on my Nexus 5, but won't connect on my Nexus 6. I really can't believe I paid $350.00, ATT should be ashamed.
Doesn't connect to home wifi reliably. Then when it does, it cant find the camera. Pressing back button on phone closes app without any warnings. Text and widgets are stretched and dont fit my screen. It looks like they took the tablet app but didnt account for screen density for phones. I'm an Android dev, get in touch with me and I can help you improve the app. We can only go up from here.
This app crashes all the time. Then when it does work it connects to the camera 1 out of 10 attempts. I am very disipointed with the poor quality of the app made buying their product pointless.
Constantly crashes and doesn't work at all. Running latest software on the nexus 6p stock.
I just received a call from baby smart the company that makes these monitors. They told me there is an issue with the 4 inch model and the app does not work. They suggested I buy the 5 inch or the more expensive model that does work. Will be returning and buying a different monitor.
Same error about mhealth, never finds wifi just says waiting until I get tired of looking at it. Don't waste your time, money, or effort

I've had this monitor since it first came on the market about 7 months ago . At first it worked wonderful I loved it. I recommend it to other family and friends but in the last 4 months I have not been able to use the app on the phone. I have reached out and sent an email to the company. I have reached out and made phone calls no one ever returned my phone calls. I hate it. It sucks. I would give it -20 Stars I spent $400 on this piece of junk
