Font size option be good!!! But perfect apart from that :D.......

It lacks the option to set a different sound for each alarm and for some reason it requires call volume to be on instead of alarm volume.

For some reason this app stops sending reminders after awhile. I'll go back in and set the reminders again, then again after awhile the reminders stop. Don't get it

The stock alarm buzzes too long, obnoxious if I'm not in position to snooze or dismiss it, and I can't adjust the volume (that I know of). I edited out a previous comment about alarms going off at odd times. It's an OS thing, happens intermittently with every app I've tried.

Update Nov'16: I noticed that with the recent change in Daylight savings time when the system clock went back by one hour all the reminders I had set went back by one hour too. While it is easy for me to edit the reminders as they pop up it still is a bug that could be corrected by the developers. Original review: Simple, clean interface and efficient. This is exactly what I wanted. One downside is, after upgrading from the free to paid version there is no way to transfer the reminders from the free to paid app. I had to manually re-enter all the reminders once again in the paid version. It was a little disappointing, but otherwise this is perfect for the job. Highly recommended.

Ugh. I trialed the free version -- which worked. Then I bought the Pro version AND now the reminders do not work :( So, waste of $$.

Would be better to be able to add notes to specific reminder and to export and save list of reminders

This app just works... that's it really. It goes off every time on time to the minute. (unlike to do reminder which goes off when it wants to or not at all) The option to have a notification light pulse is nice in case you miss the reminder whilst in another room etc. On the downside presentation is a tad simple and their isn't that nagging option that others provide. You'll have to hit snooze each time for it to go off again. I'm sure the option could be included via an update.

I need a nag reminder every 15 minutes until I take the meds and dismiss the alarm. I don't want to hit "snooze" every time the alarm sounds.
