My agency is a not-for-profit with a field staff recruitment requirement as part of the grant. We use Track It Forward to organize our planned events, manage sign-ups, track hours, and analyze trends. The customization has allowed us to drill-down for analysis even further. One suggestion - the app needs to include the ability to sign up for and create events and see personal dashboards!

Track it Forward is a great volunteer time tracking database. It is very powerful, yet it still remains easy to use and is affordable for a nonprofit. This app works very well and allows volunteers to enter their time on the fly. The developer is actively working on enhancements and responds quickly to support questions.

This app will not let me sign into my account even though I can online.

All you are allowed to do is log hours. There is no total or dash board. But then again that is all it says it will do. Just as easy to go online and do it from browser. 3-18-16 not working and won't let you report.

I was so excited to find this app. We use it for our school pta. I just wish we could sign up for events through the phone app too instead of going to the computer.

It keeps telling me to select an activity but THERE IS NO ACTIVITY TO SELECT! So therefore it is useless and not helpful at all!
