بلدية غزير

تم تطوير هذا التطبيق من قبل شركة Ourjouwan.com بالتعاون مع بلدية غزير.

هذا التطبيق يسهل عملية التواصل بين بلدية غزير والسكان أو أي شخص مهتم بالبلدة عبر تلقي تبليغات وإرسال شكاوى وإقتراحات مما يساهم في تطوير وتحسين العمل البلدي.

كما أنه يُقدم معلومات حول البلدية من أخبار ونشاطات ومهرجانات مما يساهم في تنشيط السياحة بالاضافة الى الدليل المفصل للمؤسسات التجارية والسياحية والإجتماعية والخدماتية في البلدة.

من أهم ميزات هذا التطبيق

• يسهل عملية التواصل بين البلدية والاهالي والسكان المتواجدين ضمن النطاق البلدي او خارجه ضمن الوطن وفي المهجر.
• الاشتراك في هذا البرنامج مجاناً للمستخدمين .
• يمكن استعمال هذا البرنامج للقيام بعملية احصائية لاهالي وسكان المدينة/البلدة.
• تأكيد تلقائي لهاتف المستخدم عبر إرسال رمز تأكيد على جواله للتأكد من صحة المعلومات.
• إمكانية التواصل مع شريحة جديدة وكبيرة من المواطنين ولاسيما الجيل الجديد.
• لا حدود لطول الرسالة التي يمكن ارسالها ولا حدود لعدد الرسائل التي يمكن ارسالها كما ويمكن ارسالها باللغة التي تريد ( عربي – انكليزي – فرنسي).
• يمكن للاهالي الجواب على الرسالة التي تصلهم بحيث يتم تفعيل عملية التواصل بين البلدية والاهالي.
• يمكن للبلدية ان تستعمل هذا البرنامج لابلاغ الاهالي بقرارات وبلاغات المجلس البلدي. كما انها تستعمل للمعايدات. كما يمكن للاهالي التعليق على هذه القرارات والبلاغات التي تصل اليهم ويمكن الاستناد اليها لمعرفة مدى تقبل الاهالي للافكار المطروحة.
يمكن للبلدية ان تقوم بانشاء جدول زمني للمناسبات والنشاطات (calendar) وابلاغ الاهالي بهذه النشاطات(محاضرة – حفلة – مهرجان – توقيع كتاب – حملة تلقيح – فحوصات طبية - ...)
• يستعمل البرنامج لتبليغ اعضاء المجلس البلدي عن اجتماعات الدورية او اللجان او الاهالي ومعرفة من سيحضر ومن سيتغيب.
• يمكن اعتماده من قبل الاوقاف والجمعيات كوسيلة لتبليغ المنتسبين باخر الأخبار (إجتماع، وفاة، عزاء،...)
• يمكن ان يستعمل البرنامج للقيام بعملية استفتاء للاهالي عن موضوع محدد ومعرفة النتائج.
• يمكن ان يستعمل البرنامج كصندوق للاقتراحات والملاحظات والشكاوى للاهالي بحيث تصبح عملية التواصل سهلة وسريعة.
• يتضمن البرنامج دليل بحيث يمكن ان يستعمل كدليل للمؤسسات والمحال التجارية وجميع المرافق ضمن نطاق البلدية بحيث انه يسهل عملية الاحصاء والتواصل والتفتيش عن اية مرفق او وظيفة او مؤسسة. This application was developed by Ourjouwan.com company in cooperation with a prolific municipality.
