The app crashes and disconnects frequently. The usability is poor. The menus are not user-friendly. It is like an app from 10-15 years ago.
Sure would be nice if the other parent couldn't delete my 3rd party accounts. PLEASE FIX Yeah I realize that and that's the issue. You're allowing the other parent to control something they should have no control over. Why can they not edit or change my events but can control which family members I add? Please fix for better rating.
The program has sent messages in that I saved as a draft to the other party. When I notice it's too late. Even when I tried deleting them as an unread item. The other party was responding to these messages that I never actually sent. The app forgets the login. I have to uninstall and reinstall to resolve the issue. The tool to provide positive language never works. And, is enabled. Sending messages saved as a draft or deleted unsent is my biggest complaint for obvious reasons.
The app freezes constantly why typing messages. Sometimes it savrs it as a draft, but it more often does not and you must retype your composed mesaage. Its easier to open and write messages In internet browser on cell phones over wasting space on your phone with this app.
For those with the PIN/login prompt issue. Go into your app, disable your pin, then turn the pin back on. Login issue will be fixed, it worked for me
Is this a joke I depend on this to see my kids and it is stopping me there's no communication between me and my ex but in there doesn't need to be if you're going to pay for something it should work if not why don't we just go back to texting or phone calls they work I am
This app is garbage. I don't know how many times now I had to uninstall and reinstall it. It freezes up all the time, my pin works only when it wants, and it autosaves more then it sends. Pure waste of space.
I can't sign in. And believe me, it signs in just fine on my laptop with the EXACT same username and password. Doesn't say its incorrect. Just loads and resets the login to blank boxes.
It doesn't work. Tried to open my first message and it asked for password over and over and over again. I tried setting up a pin and then it asked for both over and over again.
App doesn't work cannot connect to server
Need to put saved username and password back.
I do not want my program to renew itself where do I go to stop this
After I login it takes me back to the login screen.
Is this a free service to sign up and use the app?
If you are a stepparent or any other 3rd party it's only available for iPhones.

It will not stop locking up on me. It sure would be nice to be able to use something I am paying for. It's so damn frustrating. How do I upload the 3.3.4 version.....???? Need help asap
I can no longer log in using the 4 digit pin. On top of that i have to input my pin and user id AND password. Its a huge inconvenience. i had to CALL customer support to have them e mail me my user name along with an email to reset my password bc i couldn't remember either. Befire the update I've been entering my acct with the pin. ****I paid over $100 for this app to not work more than 50% of the time I use it.*** get it together!!!! there are plenty of times when it won't let me send out bc it states there is no service When id have 5 bars 4G LTE of service avail. & I shouldnt have to select the inbox area 3 different times on 3 different pages to veiw the 1 message. Give me a break.. Please fix these bugs asap!
You got rid of the quick access pin, and my username isn't even saved anymore. Its annoying to have to completely sign in every time. PLEASE FIX THIS
App works well for its purpose. There needs to be better instructions given out via the app. I had to learn a lot on my own. It is important to access it via the internet on a PC or Mac to setup properly. I recommend creating a few tutorials for how messaging works and how the interaction between the family members and the professionals works.
Have to reenter my user name and password. For some reason my easy access code doesn't work since update.
Have to log in all the time now on mobile. Hard to send messages. Needs to be easier to work with. Friendly
Absolute garbage communicating through snail mail would be easier.
It's been a fantastic tool but there are a few features that are missing that I feel need to be there. 1) sync to my Google calendar. Major draw back for me. 2 ) Ability to attach more than one document. Schools send multiple page documents regularly. 3) I've seen other apps that have a gallery for kids pictures that each parent can use upload directly to. There are more but those are the first to come to mind. For the subscription price, it's beginning to get more difficult to justify it with free options out there
I've used this app and OFW for over 5 years now. Their customer service is very attentive to any issues with the app or site. They are also a veteran friendly organization which is also a plus. The app isn't perfect but the customer service makes up for it.
Co-parenting is hard enough without an app that barely functions and locks up all the time. This is a supremely poorly written app. I suggest you fix your app or lower your outrageous subscription fees.
It does a decent job. One thing that is inexcusable is not being able to search anything in the app.
I'd give it minus 5 stars if possible. Billed as an app that alleviate broken family communication struggles, this app fails horribly, especially given the exhorbate subscription cost. This is the most egregious exploitation of families in vulnerable situations that I have seen. Co-parenting is difficult enough without expensive buggy software. It's advertised as smartphone compatible, including Android, yet children cannot use it on Android devices. Don't fall for support's excuse that children can still use the mobile website. It lacks the intuitive interface that even teenagers will be discouraged from using it. The website is full of coding errors that lacks basic refresh subroutine calls on many pages leading to further confusions and bad experience. This bad review will remain in place until my children can use it too. Unfortunately, I agreed based on recommendation from my lawyers and the court. It's too late for me, so please don't fall for it if you have children until the problems the are fixed.
This app is stupid. Grow up people. Gmail and google calendar are free.
The only reason people use this app is because they have to. Every aspect of this app needs serious improvements

For as much as I have to pay to use this app, I would expect better performance. I am very disappointed with my experience using this app. I often don't get notifications of new messages and that has caused problems with co-parenting. Also, when I try to send messages it often says to try again later because it is in the process of saving. Those are two major problems that make this app difficult to use.
A real pain to use. You can't just look back at a group of messages and read them like a text message. Also with the new update I have to enter my pin then my user name and password. Another pain. Whoever designed this app obviously doesn't use it on a regular basis or there would be a way better setup.
The interface has improved, but it's still very busy and has severe usability issues. My chief issue is that I have to log in to the app every single time I open it, even though I enter my PIN correctly. This is especially painful because I have a complicated password, and use a password manager to handle logins. Unfortunately, the app isn't recognized by the manager, so it requires changing apps in order to copy/paste. This is a recent change - I used to be able to log in with just my PIN. *edit* the response I got misses the point entirely. There is no issue with PINs: the app is not saving my login and password.
FYI.....after every update you have to uninstall for the pin to work correctly. And still a Huge flaw in everything. Message format is terrible. the calendar can't even do a yearly one with holidays and birthdays. Can only do a few weeks at a time. No timestamps for when the other party views an update. Lack of space especially when compared to dropbox for the same price. All within the first 30 minutes of having this. They don't allow anymore room for more complaints. Just terrible.
I have to use this app as it's been part of our order now for the past 2 years. It is always crashing in the middle of writing out a message. Since it costs $100/year it shouldn't be a hassle to use. Hopefully this new update fixes that issue.
although legally useful, the app keep crashing or loose connection. it is very hard to use because of this. i even see message that have not been read, but to which i get a reply, or messages about error sending and then retry multiple times with errors, and end up with 10 copies in the sent folder. very frustrating experience... also same issues on the website, so the app itself may not be the issue, but the core service is.
Initial UX (User Experience) very poor. Could not login into the app. lol Looked like successful login... then it booted me. Happend multiple times. I gave up and stopped trying, big bug.

There is a problem with the apps ability to stay connected to server. It appears to be losing session state info and makes you log back in. It gets worse when you try to use the pin feature. Tried uninstall and reinstall and that helped reduce the broken connection issue but didnt fix problem. Website works great. Display windows in app. Appear overlapping, making the window header unreadable. I am using a samsung s7 active.
