Transfer will not work, no matter what I do, the transfer button is greyed out

The instant balance addition is great! The app also feels quicker now after the update. Nice and simple app.

If you just want to use this app to check your balance and transfer funds, it's great. Recent updates have made everything smoother as well. Seems to be secure enough.

It was a better app when i had an iphone, it sucks with my GS8.

As previous subscribers have stated, you are only able to log in once in a great while.. Not much help! Please fix the problem, as this could be a very helpful app!

I enjoy the app, it's does what it needs to. At first I was having difficulties signing in but for the last couple of months no problems.

Worst app ever, I can never log into my account. This credit union sucks. It took 2 weeks for a check to clear.

Can't even log onto my account so i can't keep track of my accounts. Basically useless at this point

Won't let me log in

I have successfully logged into my account one time within a couple of weeks with more than a dozen attempts! Fix this please

Every time I try to log in. Please fix. I would really like to see my accounts.

Was working fine for a couple of days. It's now not working at all. Just taking up space.

This app needs improvement. There are times when I can't even view my account balances. Not convenient if I can't access this basic information.

Says to contact support but when call they say it's the app. WHEN is this app going to be fixed?

App won't even launch "Unfortunately OUR CU app has stopped" appears every I launch the app. Useless app for mobile banking.

I am so glad the app gets better. I use it all the time. The next improvement I'd love to see are pending transactions. That is the only reason I go back to the desktop site.

Good App

The update let's you go back and forth between more than one account now. The update works great. I have not had any problems even in the older versions.

Could you please fix the issue where the image for depositing checks is shown as an inverted image (while trying to take the picture). This makes it very difficult to line up the check into the frame of the picture because of the inverted movement of the camera. This is due to the fact that the camera module on the nexus 5x was assembled at the factory rotated (I'm assuming 180 degrees) to save space. So Google created an updated camera library for nexus 5x phones to solve this issue.

I never had any issues logging into my accounts through the app. The app does what I need it to, check my account. I love that you can now deposite a check. Only thing it's missing is being able to go to financial snapshot through the mobile app. I recently became a member and I LOVE the budgeting tools this bank offers and financial snapshot is awesome and keeping me on track. This has been a great move for me.

Banking Apps 4 years old have Moore l more features and better ux

Needs more features, like pending purchases, budgeting helps, mobile check deposit etc.

There is no ability to take a picture of a check for deposit, budget software, etc. Also rarely works the first time.

It won't allow pasting password from my password manager program. Useless for me. If you're still typing in all your own passwords it will probably work for you, but it should also work for those of us who want better password security. I'll have to uninstall and use the desktop site.

Crashes frequently and prompts wrong security questions causing you to get locked out

This app. just doesn't work. after entering my username incorrect security questions are displayed...I would like to be able to use this application.

I don't see what everyone is complaining about, but this app works just fine. I just wish you could log out of the account you originally logged into. Also, If you can't get past your security questions, you're probably typing it in wrong. You need to type it exactly how you did when you made it. Try talking to someone at the main branch for help instead of complaining on here, maybe.

I would give this app zero stars because I couldn't even get passed the security questions to login !! And also some of those security questions didn't apply to me or the same question was asked multiple times. I was really hoping for a more convenient way to do my mobile banking. I'm uninstalling app now.

This app is useless. It asks me the same verification questions over and over and won't accept my answers. I know where I went to school.

Its asking me all of these questions, which it doesn't know the answers to begin with, which makes me think the whole thing is a scam. The most worthless app I've ever tried to use.

There were plenty of complaints about not being able to paste a password. Many of us use password managers to allow for more secure passwords and it is impossible to paste into the password field. I can understand that this may be for security but all my other banking apps had this ability. I can't use it without it.

Ted and Emma Cologie must be moaning from their graves. It's times like this when I miss the old days where we could just drive into the parking lot of St. Dennis school and enter the credit union located in a house trailer. There were no cameras, no bullshit, no forms, no identification, no vetting, just real service. As has been already mentioned twice, I also never got through all the questions, before giving up. If all this new technology represents progress, you can keep it.

Much easier to use on the phone than the website, and it still allows you to view accounts and transfer money. First use You have to enter your login and security question, but after that when you open the app you just have to put in the password. I've been waiting for an app for OUR, glad it's finally here!
