Stars are useless. Bring back the cash out with gift cards or put something worth getting in sweepstakes besides the same junk no one wants.

Used to love this app. Now it never recognizes items on my receipts and customer service has yet to respond to multiple emails the past few weeks. Not to mention credit disappearing.

Would like the gift cards to come back. Spending all my points on sweepstakes that I'm not going to win, is pointless. I have tons of points, and am not earning any actual rewards.

Tricking people into sharing their information for in return for being scammed. You got people to download the app at first with promises of trading stars for gift cards. After update, now stars trade for 'sweepstakes' to only 3-4 jokes for prizes. "Didn't win? The wheel spin to recover points is also a sham. I RANDOMLY land on 10 (the lowest) about 80% of the time. 100 point space not even once and I've spun over 150 times. I gave you my shopping information because up front you presented me with a value proposition that made it worth my effort. Then you swinders took it out from under me. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP, EVEN FUTURE VERSIONS THAT CLAIM THEY GIVE YOU GIFT CARDS. THE OWNERS OF THIS APP REPRESENT DISHONESTY. THEY'VE WASTED MY TIME!

Waste of time and a rip-off. They get paid for your data and never have any sweepstakes winners. Fu@#ing crooks! Update 6-26-2017, Now for weeks they are repeatedly not recognizing my receipts and screwing me out of my gift cards. Stay away people, they make massive amounts of money of your data and screw you out of your rewards and do not respond to your emails. I am done with them making money of my data and screwing me out of my rewards, Uninstalling!!!!

I don't like this app after the update. I think it is a waste of time. I'm going to keep it for time being see if when I maybe able to get something out of it. Used to be better before up date.

I've had three receipts in the past week come back as invalid because they are older than 30 days even though they weren't more than a couple of days old. I've sent two emails and haven't gotten a response from either. The app sucks. The raffles suck, and the customer service is non-existent!

I downloaded because I could redeem for Amazon gift cards, lately I noticed they are getting a bunch of information to waste our time to enter points for sweepstakes. I quit and uninstalling right now!

It used to be great, I was close to getting another $5 amazon gift card, and I don't buy that much of each brand and to only get $1 for like 15 of same brand is not worth it, bring the old back, and the sweepstakes aren't anything worth spending stars on for what they have.

This app was ok before the last update when they took the gift cards away. You NEVER win in the sweepstakes!! I have submitted receipts with qualifying items and it doesn't give the points for some of them (especially the ones that count towards the $1 gift card) I have received notifications saying I purchased enough for gift card and never get info in my email for gift card. Waste of time and space on my phone

I guess The reps are too busy to answer feedback emails. I keep getting bumped back to day 1 despite opening the app several times a day every day. I've sent 3 emails and no reply that I can find. And yes, I checked spam folder. Besides getting robbed of my info and stars, can't cash out for gift cards. Supposedly you can get gift cards for buying ridiculous amounts of specific brands but I don't even see that anywhere in the app. I downloaded this because it said you could get Amazon gift cards. The only one I've seen was in a sweepstakes. Real shame these people care about the people that give them all this info for the super slim chance of winning some sweepstakes. Sad. I also scrolled through about 3 months of reviews and only saw 4 that got replies. I would think they'd reply to reviews if nothing else since the world can see them and not all of the emails we send through their feedback button. I'm going to give it a few more days. If I don't get a response or don't see any improvement, I'm out and will be sure to tell everyone I can to not download it.

I had just started before the update. I had held out hope that it might go back to rewards. Sent a message to the help section and haven't heard anything. About to give up. Oh the sweepstakes aren't anything most people use.

Initially I found this app online and decided to try it they updated it and changed it around to where you have to buy a lot of things to get any kind of gift card even for a dollar more recently my receipts have been stuck for more than 2 weeks now I've emailed them twice with no response so since I'm close to a couple of gift cards I'm going to get those and then I'm just going to remove the app-update: now they are processing receipts wrong. I had 5 of an item and got stars for 1. Never ever return email. Time for a FB viral post to boycott..

I have won two gifts off of here. But after I updated the app the time to win the prizes also went up and with that it allows more people to enter them. Bring the time to win the prizes back down!!!!!!!!

The receipts won't upload anymore. It says check network connection. Everything else on my phone works so I know my network is fine. Emailed many days ago. No response.

When I 1st signed up, you could get Amazon gift cards for x amount of stars. When the app updated, that option went away. Kind of disappointed about this , but can still get for buying x amount of certain items.

The app does not catch all of the name brand items. When I write to them to tell them I missed points, they don't write back.

Please bring back the gift cards!! I just keep submitting receipts hoping you'll bring them back again. The stuff you offer for your sweepstakes are bad. I have too many stars to uninstall this app.

Was a good app until they took the cash out away and now you have to bid on things. So dumb!

They have one person doing all the customer service, I believe. I've always received help from the same person. It takes so long to get a $1 Amazon gift card. You need to purchase for example 15 Pepsi products before getting that $1 Amazon gift card. Sometimes I even purchase multiple of the brand needed and they only count one. Customer service is out of the question. A receipt gives 100 points which the points can only be used for raffle sweepstakes. The items in sweepstakes are not gift cards or money. This app is worse than SavingStar (which is saying a lot). On top of it all, they limit the number of receipts you can submit to 7 per week. They used to trade points for $5 Amazon gift cards but cancelled that. Trust me, they get a lot of money with the receipts they receive and to give us only sweepstakes shows how greedy they are. The only reason why they have about a mid rating is because they used to have people happier trading points for gift cards.

This app was great until they decided to get rid of gift cards and replace them with raffles. The items you can win are just generic stuff from Aliexpress that can you can buy for under a dollar. You also "unlock" gift cards but it requires buying dozens of items from one brand. It took me MONTHS to get the $1 gift card for Purina. This is coming from someone with several cats on canned food. It's not worth using this app. Again, this WAS a great app a long time ago. Not anymore.

Seriously are you ever going to respond to the decline of this app I tried to upload to receipts today and they still haven't uploaded should follow and receipt pal and receipt Hogs footsteps for the work we put in the information of money you get the Raffles that you have suck! Good until update...no cash outs...how do I get credit for a bag of Ruffles on one receipt but not on the other said was not a participating brand you guys get way too much money and scam us...still no credit for ruffles which is lays 5/10/17

This app was so much better when it originally started. The update is not a update to me. Bring back the gift cards please!!! It has taken me months to earn a $1 amazon gift card. That's not much of a reward! I am keeping the app for now in hopes that you bring back the gift cards.

I downloaded this app for the gift cards and now that i have enough points I realize the gift cards were taken away! Ive had many glitches w this app but was sticking it out for the giftcards and now there are only sweepstakes for things that I have no interest in! Crappy app!

This app would be great if you could get anything from it. Since they took away the ability to cash out for gift cards, it's useless. I will reinstall as soon as that comes back but until then, I'm done!

Worst receipt app out there.. unless you want to work for a chance to 'win' crap, I would recommend NOT using this app at all and head over to Ibotta and ReceiptHog for a good app... Notice how any 4 or 5 Star reviews have either no actual review or merely say generically, "Love this app." Obviously they're paying review farms. How shiesty!

Recent update made this app useless. We no longer can redeem our points for gift cards. Sweeps only. Not worthy of my time and my shopping data. No gift card redemption option = no motivation.

I'm to my end with this app. I've only been able to cash out 2 $1 gift cards in the past months. Wish the gift card would come back. I've also entered at least 5 entries into the sweepstakes and nothing

I have high hopes but as of yet, every time I try to submit my receipt it tells me there is a connection issue (when there clearly isnt) Ive tried about 20 times for 2 different receipts to no avail. Hopefully they fix this soon. Also it would be better if they kept up with their competitors by having a gift card option.

It socks you guys took the gift cards away that's what I mainly downloaded it for. Sweepstakes are cool but the chances of winning one are so slim. You guys should bring the gift cards back and your rating will go up I know for sure. Fix it back to how it was gift cards and sweepstakes.

Ridiculous. They get a bunch of valuable data and in return we get some points to put towards a sweepstakes entry for prizes that look like they come from Dollar Tree. I've never heard of anyone actually winning the sweepstakes either. You think they wouldn't only accept 7 receipts a week anymore since they aren't giving out anything anyway. Why not let us go ahead and submit however many receipts we want a week.

Loved the app until after update. With the loss of gift cards they also do not provide customer service any longer. Three separate emails, three different issues. Not one response. So I as well will be uninstalling app.

I used to like the app, but now you are not even getting the correct amount of stars for items that you purchase and are only able to scan SOME of the items that they miss... its getting annoying now, 3rd email I have sent and have yet to get a response of an updated status of stars received, PLUS I agree with everyone else ... the amazon gift card redemption is what made this app worth using... I hope they fix soon and put back amazon gift cards otherwise, its just a waste of time and phone storage!

Update: I did a 4 star review of this app before the update. I stuck around after the update, hoping it would be okay, even though it sounded awful. Guess what? It's awful! I earn stars toward products that I really don't tend to purchase. I'm done. As soon as I finish this review update, I'm uninstalling the app. You should REALLY listen to your consumers. If I could give it a big ZERO I would! Original: I love how easy to use this app is. I love that I can earn each day, just by opening the app, even if I don't have any receipts to upload. The only problem I have is that I can only do one receipt a day. I don't know about anyone else, but I make multiple stops when I shop and do much of my major shopping on one day. It would be nice to upload all at once and not space them out, especially as receipts have to be no older than three days.

Complete waste of time and effort. You give them valuable information and receive absolutely nothing in return. The prizes you can enter to win are junk, but that doesn't really matter anyway since you'll never win one... Uninstalling right now.

Started out great now it is a waste of time. All reciepts dont add up to points for gift cards only specific brands. Yet when i got up to a $1 reward it removed some of my purchases. Too often it does to recognize the brands I buy. Its like i can never really win or earn anything. Use reciept pal instead!

I just downloaded the app, thought I would get Amazon gift cards, then a quick update & gone, what do the $1 accumulating products go towards now, I wonder? Not happy!

This app used to be awesome when you could turn in your points for a gift card and support actually answered you. Now they barely pay for the brands they say they do, even when the receipt clear says "Huggies" or "Coke". I just find it pathetic it happens to be the ones that go for the 1$ Amazon gift card. On top of that when I scan my items it says it's not a participating brand when the brand name is clearly on front of the package. Than I'll email customer support and my last 10-20 messages have no been returned. They owe me a ridiculous amount of points and credit towards the 1$ gift cards. I've tried time and time again to contact customer support and still no response.

Takes way too long to earn anything. Like 30 buys to earn only $1 Absolutely no luck winning any of the items ever. Used to be a regular thing I did, now barely an afterthought.

I cant get any of the receipts to be validated. They've been pending for over a month and every time I open the app it keeps telling me my receipt from 3/5 has been validated and how many stars I've earned from it. I can't earn any stars any more to even be able to enter sweepstakes now. This app was great till the last update. You used to be able to redeem stars for Amazon gift cards and I had enough stars built up to redeem for a $5 gift card and was almost able to redeem for a second $5 gift card. Now after the update you can only redeem stars to enter into sweepstakes for items I don't really need or want. And in order to actually get amazon gift cards, you have to purchase a ridiculous amount of certain items, ie 30 Kellogg items, before you can get $1 Worth of amazon gift card. I almost had $10 Worth of amazon gift cards based off how it worked before the update, now $0 and have to buy 25 more items of Kellogg before I get $1!! Need to go back to redeeming stars for cards or I'll just uninstall. Too much money has to be spent before a payout happens. And it'll take forever to buy that much of each stuff.. I mean, who buys that much kellogs, kraft, campbells, nabisco... that's a whole year of shopping before I buy 30 kellogs brand stuff.. fix this please.
