Hey Band

This app stinks. Needs people who know this kind of technology to make this app useful. Doesn't move forward in step count. Have to reset settings each time. Sleep mode isn't even close to actual sleep time. Says I slept 12+ hours when it was only about 6+ hours. Connection stinks too. Please fix these issues. This is a junk app!!!

After numerous updates and improvements, maybe time to consider a complete UI redesign. Readings not 100% and some connection issues, but better than other and more expensive devices tried.

I saw improvement. Keep it up! ( if message word smaller would be better for a glare -一目了然的便捷)

I would give this app 5 stars all the way through if you guys can fix a glitch that prevents me from turning on the regular heart monitoring ever 5 minutes feature when i switch to the screen it will load then go beck to device menu preventing me from turning it on.

Just garbage...do not waste your time..will not maintain sync..data timeout...giving it 1 star is 1 too many

Initially I gave this 4* because I thought it was ok. Now I realize it's throwing in random data. I had the bracelet on the charger for 1.5 hours, then synced it back up and it showed varying 5 minute heart rates for the time it was on the charger. So historical records are lies. Realtime though works, just requires you to pay attention to it all the time (so why even bother with the app? Oh yeah, because that's the only way to connect it to a phone...). I'm going to find a different app and make it connect then uninstall this one. Devs aren't responsive either so don't bother emailing them with questions or feedback.

Can't register app. Keep getting email format error. What a waste of money on smart watch. Lesson learned.

Struggle to reconnect to watch and have to restart phone to connect again. Otherwise I'm happy with it

Does the developer even read these reviews???? because clearly they are not paying any attention to what the users are saying ... do they even care because it does not appear so. this app is not accurate...its not just off...its way off....and one cant navigate back as it closes the app and you have to reopen the app to get back to where you were. ie: if you're on the sleep page...and you go back to suposedly the main menu...it closes down the app and you have to reopen it...really not worth even using at this point

I can't update the watch to its latest firmware. It always disconnects each time I try to.

Device couldn't connect to phone after Feb 2018 update. ????

I keep getting a beeping or a sound of an old style electric alarm clock. It won't stop for a minute. Unless I uninstall the app and turn off Bluetooth. It keeps repeating. I love it but I hate it. Please help. I have a Samsunggalaxy plus8

Says data 'synch over time' loads when you are trying to synch with the watch and therefore does not update. Can take 10 attempts. Very frustrating. If this issue is resolved would give 5 stars as app content very good.

Nothing is working as it should since the last update. Will not count down past 27 sec for bp and oxygen . App was working fine before update. Constantly having to restart band

U need to update the apps, cannot connect with the band, very frustrating. Hope admin will solve this matter..

Automatically blood pressure every hour doesn't work and the app drains the battery very fast

Looks like a good app with the phone. Would be nice if it can check Heart, Oxygen, Blood preasure and Fatigue on an hourly basis automatically. But it only does Blood Preasure on an hourly basis.

Already written a review just wanted to add that I'm using the Sony Xperia XZ Premium with the latest version of the app and Android (16/12/17)

Worst app...

It's no good and I'm going to uninstall the app. Then return the product. It's not syncing with my phone. I thought I was doing something wrong. Waste of my time and money. I was really excited about tracking my health. I am so disappointed in both the app and the device.

I realised yhis app is actually quite alright. Im giving it a 4 star as it is accurate and there room for improvements...looking at other comments...i also thought the synching doesn't work. I realised that to get it to sync, we have to swipe downwards on a partocular activity...e.g. sleep, steps

So. THIS is the 5th time that I have installed the app. Each time it says that verification code error. I do not know what to do. This is a useless app. DO NOT INSTALL.

This seriously worked one time when I first got it and has NOT worked since. Don't waste your time. Guess I'll try a different brand

This is the worst app that I have ever downloaded. After purchasing the smart band you have to download this app that doesn't work because it doesn't aync. So now what? Should I return the smart band and ask for refund? Just wasted my time with all this

Every update deletes all previous data which is infuriating when trying to log BP for medical reasons. Also keeps losing connection and requiring log in frequently.

App is getting better every update. It's more stable, reliable and offers more features. Keep up the good job

This app worked partially, but very inaccurate when first installed. Short time later it will not even sync to the phone, which makes it worse than usless. I have tried reinstalling, same results. Phone sees band but can't connect, says it has wrong pin.....junk

Absolute rubbish. I can't even enter my email as the ap says my email isn't valid. I have tried more than a dozen times. So l can't use my smart watch at all. What a waste of money all round.

Loved the watch at first, and put up with occasionally glitchy app, but the latest update has killed the watch. It now says it can't read any measurement as it is "not wear" FIX IT ASAP PLEASE!
