Hi Band

Don't maintain connection. Fails to reconnect without lots of aggregation turn off blue tooth then back on reboot app et v. Reboot phone .... then maybe it links back and maybe works for half of a day. Would be good app if not for communication issues. Using galaxy 7 phone

I was able to use it for less than 24 hours then saying when trying to connect the device is says it's lost I'm wearing it then tried to reconnect it says it's not connecting. This sucks I was looking forward to use it. Are you going to fix the problem or not?

Got these watched for Christmas...was excited...App allowed us to connect for almost a day. Now cannot connect and app keeps shutting down. VERY disappointed. Wish I could give Zero Stars!

Like everyone else it only worked for 2 days. Now it won't pair at all. Ugggggg I'm so disappointed! Would give a zero.... not to mention the app was written in English by someone who doesn't speak English! Frustrating!

The bracelet did not work for the blood pressure measures after 2 weeks. it shows a message saying "please connect the device" however the device is connected open and nearby.

Cannot log in. No matter what you do it only says "phone email format not supported". This is after you paid $10-20 for the wristwatch. These people need to go to jail

Bought the band but it does not connect with the app. Band without app is rubbish. DO NOT BUY THE BAND. It is just waste of time and money.

After trying and trying, finally got it to "bind" with the app. A few hours later it is no longer "bound" and nothing I do makes it work. If the makers of this piece of $$ are unable to make it work, and apparently they aren't going by all the other lousy reviews, I want an immediate refund. And so does every other reviewer. If that doesn't happen asap, I'm going to my Twitter where I have a reach of over 9 million, and I'm going to send repeating tweets about this device, app, and company. Answer now! Got it to connect this am, exercised, made breakfast checked app - disconnected again and again nothing recorded. This deserves a rating of -100. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS?!

Everything is running well. The measurements are OK. Problem with ones age which starts from 1950. I am 10 yes older. I request you to update it for correct BP measurement. Also will be great if you add Blood Sugar measurement and EKG!!!

Can't communicate band to smartphone app. Just wasted 16 bucks. Just like China to put out bad stuff for our good money. DO NOT BUY....WASTE OF MONEY!

Worst app ever. I checked my heart rate and of course all 3 times it was 61 bpm, but thing is, I didn't even have the bracelet on the third time. Very upset and disappointed in the seller and this app.

I have to keep installing app, and reinstalling to get the app to work correctly. Watch is ok. App sux. Fix this problem

I can't sign in with any of my emails and there is no help on this app. Load of rubbish

I'm not even sure where to start worst purchase ever the thing does not even sync with the phone when I do check my fatigue level it always says very tired it does not link up with the steps on the phone and the device you cannot reset it it resets itself when it feels like it the app does not help there's no reviews online that can help. I say spend more money get something that is out there that can help you.

Useless device and useless app. Worked for a day, after that remained disconnected. Don't waste money and time on the device and app.

Cant register using email address "Phone email format is incorrect". Don't want to register with twitter because it wants permission to post tweets and read all my contacts and other things it should not need to do. Registered with Facebook but keeps logging me out. App runs constantly and doesn't close eating up my phone battery. The band itself came with no instructions and I still cant figure out how to put it into sleep mode. This app is just awful.

Unable to connect the watch to the app. Does not recognize my email as valid. Does not recognize my phone number as real. Totally useless at the point. Money spent on watch wasted. No way to connect to get help.

Not usefull. Connection with device is frequently lost an reconnecting is difficult. Would not recommend

Unable to register the app. Unable to send feeback. It drains the battery. Freezes constantly and now it wont even connect. Sleep recorder extremely unaccurate, i got up to go to the toilet and it said i had no awake times. I turn over to check the time and i have no recorded awake times. Apparently i go to sleep at 0000 every night; if thats is true then why no awake time recorded between 2100 and 0000?? What an utter dissapointment. Counts steps while im driving or on public transport. No stride measurements to calculate the steps?? I suppose i got what i paid for hey! Wasit too much to expect the band app to do what a mobile phone app does? Wanted to not have to carry my phone with and on me all the time. SHAMEFUL

Absolutely useless. After first week kept dropping connection with the wrist band and now won't connect at all. Suggest everyone with this also leaves reviews on the wrist band to stop others wasting their money.

The app and device is unreliable with no support from the developer. The app and device claim things they cannot deliver and the app and device don't link not to mention the device has lost bluetooth capability rendering it effectively useless.

Useless. Won't connect to watch. Often the app won't even open. Managed to connect once then it disconnected itself and won't reconnect. Fix this app.

Why Bother. Bought the Watches for myself and family and friends. App won't open. Watch has wrong date and time and money just to line their greedy evil products.

Worse than useless. This software is an apt accompaniment to the watch that is also useless. A 1 star rating is unjustly high.

Useless had less than 12 hours and can't get it to connect to app after I went out of range

This app is fantastic. It does take a few hours to connect to your watch but once connected this app is excellent. It tracks your steps and sleep accurately and you can check your heart rate during training. Once the software connected I have had no problems with this app. Strongly recommend

What is disappointing is that the manufacturer does not respond to emails or responds on here and provides any assistance to rectify this Bluetooth connection problem. Like everyone else I had connection for a day and that's it.

Can't even register - watch connected to BT but app doesn't recognize - waste of time and money

The app would not sync after the first day and gives a message thats hard to understand and with no means of doing anything about it ....waste of money

I've registered and then when I tried logging in it says no such user. I've selected to send verification code but haven't received it. Its super annoying

Bought the watch to go with the app. Worked brilliantly for 24 hours now will not connect to the watch. Very disappointed. Do you intend to do something about this problem or do I just have to bin the watch?!!

It's ok as a watch looks nice & the stepper I like but when tested against the dr blood presser results it fail terribly not even close. good for keeping well info. All around i like it but please do not relie on b.p info.

Rubbish. Device will not connect, although Bluetooth finds it it does not connect. Having tried for several hours have given up. DO NOT BUY.

Been trying for 2 weeks to get this to work. After many attempts, I did get it to indicate that the watch and app were "paired", but the app still did not function! Updated app still does not work!

Some time the app freezing but is not a problem, I'm forcing stop and after it's working good. So I'm satisfied. PS don't pair the watch with your smartphone, just conect it from the app.

Don't like the app impossible to get help from the customer service, app will not bind with Samsung Galaxy 5

It paired for a couple of hours then disconnected itself. Trying to reconnect served only to drop the battery on my phone from 20% to 5%. Absolute trash until that is fixed.

I got this product and the app doesn't work together at all!! Worst thing ever.
