It doesnt find my address and everytime i try to book a cab it says invalid pickup location my gps was on when i opened the app and the availablity of cars is so less. I would prefer ola or uber rather than otl

First of all thanks for saving me from those deserted roads last night. A friend recommended me this app and its a life saver at times. There is room for improvement if u can just increase the coverage out of suburbs.

Worst cab service..! I recommend everyone please don't use it..! You will end up wasting your time, if the cab is nearby then also you can't book it..! Everything is not earned with just advertisement.

Says invalid pick up location even after turning on gps and all other location services.at first make a valid app,then put it on play store.

Whenever trying to book, no cabs are available and if trying to book later, pop showing invalid date and time.. Need to improve a lot.. Gui needs a lot improvement... All the best...

I couldn't find any cab during the day in my location.What is the use of it if you don't find any cab at your requirements.I can get cab from OLA or Uber when I require.There is an discount of 15 percent on adding OTL Money but no discount added in my OTL account.On 26 th August I booked a cab on OTL , driver called me that it will take 15 minutes to come at your location ,I waited for cab and after 15 minutes I saw a message in my mobile,your booking is cancelled.What is use of this type of service

There is no availability of cabs..It shows 13 mins pick up and when i book it takes 70 seconds and then it shows request failed

When I put the destination it always book a cab which is directed towards wrong destination. And you need luck to find cab on this app. It's not clearly mentioned anywhere about the payment method. A 70 second timer starts which is highly irritating when you are in a hurry. The UI is too slow for this industry. Start something when you have a good base.
