It does everything it promises and more! Customizing the tasks and sub-tasks, you gain control over your time and the way insvest piit vit. I LOVE IT? I don't give 5 starts, because it not too simple to finally add the tasks and put the alarma. Too many steps.

Very easy data entry. Subtasks. Notes. Priority/color codes. Manual (using drag and swipe) sorting/subtasking lock off. Synchronizable with Google Tasks. 3 UI color themes. Very customizable (as light/heavy as you want) widget that also comes with scrolling ability. Nothing beats this app in android todo universe, ever, I dare you. I kid not. 5 stars. Wish: Chrome and/or Linux app.

Couldn't find way to safely export/import my trial tasks so I can't use this at all as it stands. If I got something wrong, please advise and I'll gladly change my review of this if it also works completely offline. (p.s., to have to grant Identity permissions not necessary or desirable.)

It offers a heirachical setup which seems to be rare in task organizer. It needs a search capability. It's got a serious flaw with it's heirarchies. When you move an item with subordinates to a different list you will lose all those subordinate tasks. BE WARNED. In an attempt to avoid losing tasks on a sync I thought I would use the export. What I found was yet more problems. I'm not even sure how to drscribe the depth of how bad the export function is. Either version is wrong, be it email or csv.

Good approach, however seems limited to 20 lists and 100 tasks per list, so for my needs it doesn't work. Please remove limitations. EDIT: No updates for a year, looks like this app has been orphaned?

This app has always been my favorite even though it hasn't been touched for years.... it's been on all my phones and I hope it remains available for my future phones (and tablets). It has all the features that I need and isn't over- the-top with meaningless bells and whistles.... give it a try

I've tried many task management apps, and so far this one is most helpful one. The design is so simple. It is easy to create folders of tasks, tasks, and sub-tasks, move up and down tasks. It also records the time when a task is done. It deserves a good review since there is little hype about this app. I don't see many people write a review about this app on their blogs or sites, but it helps me a lot with organizations of my tasks in real life.

Nearly perfect. Highly recommended. Just a few little niggles. Like sometimes sliding subtasks left to make main tasks doesn't stick. And, can't swipe widget to scroll through lists ( →feature request ). Would also like to have more freedom over sorting keys selection. But, great job.

Excellent app. Very clean & handy UI. Everything where you want it. Hierarchical task lists. Syncs reliably. Now all I have to do is complete some of those pesky tasks! (Later) -- the more I use it, the better it gets. A friend suggested Todoist but it's not a patch on ProDo -- didn't even sync with my Google account tasks, which ProDo does brilliantly.

I gave this 5 stars yesterday, then watched in horror as 2 hours of work disappeared before my eyes. Thinking I had done something wrong, I re-entered everything tonight. Half disappeared again. Something is seriously wrong here! This has great potential, but not if you can't retain your list!

Been using it currently. If you simply want to attend to your task with subtasks, this app is the most straightforward. My only issue with this one is even if it is not used, it runs in the background about 3.4MB memory usage. Greenify can't contain it. Just that. But overall, simplicity, straightforwardness, functionality, it's definitely worth having it.

It would be spot on if there was an option to set recurring tasks. If that option is available, this app will become indispensable to me and I won't even bother installing any other To-do apps, which I've been doing a lot lately. Still couldn't find the perfect one...

I've tried a lot of different listmaking apps but this is still my favorite. Love the color coding and ease of adding to the list. It hasn't been updated in a while, hope it doesn't go the way of astrid and disappear!

Nice list and todo app but it does not sync with my Google calendar although it does give me a successfully sync message. I uninstalled it and reinstalled and it does ask me which G calendar to use. But it still doesn't sync. Sent email to support but never got a response. I am using the Samsung Note 3.

I love this app - simple to use, functional, convenient. I use this app DAILY. It's a life saver with my crazy life. One thing I would like is having a multi-select option. It would be nice to move or delete multiple items at once rather than one at a time.

I use this daily. Thank you for creating it. However, random tasks get made subtasks and its impossible to change them (app overrides settings). ALSO, your sorting order does not work! All new tasks listed at bottom of list. Very annoying when you have a list a long as mine. Please fix these bugs.

I'm experiencing several issues on Android 6.0 including task lists not refreshing in the app and priorities taking several seconds to update. Please fix these issues and I'll rate it higher. It was working excellent on Lollipop.

Like colors, sizable, etc. Simple. Only one issue is new items go to bottom of list and need to be dragged up. Don't mind prioritizing etc. But I keep long list, and expired tasks to see what's done, and it's a pain because it's all the way below finished tasks. Still, less complicated than others and I like that.

Rating change -I loved this app until I purchased a tablet and tried to figure out how to synch. I am not a super techy person, don't understand the instructions so for me, my opinion dropped .

I find the app the best in the market with a lot of options. The only issue I cannot solve is that from time to time I lose lists. It seems that when I get more than 20 lists, the app gets unstable.

Downloaded several apps like this & weed out the ones that don't work. I like that I don't have to fit into some uniformity of what needs to be done & can make my own lists as they pertain to me.

The widget allows you to have multiple note stickies each of a different color. Still can't get accurate color from the color picker though, so less one star.

Pros: 1. Voice recognition button. 2. Clean and fast interface. 3. Gtask integration. Cons: 1. No was to search tasks. 2. Can't edit tasks from filters such as due today, etc. 3. Can't see all the projects at one place.

A big plus for this for me is the ability to nest tasks. Other to-do lists may only allow one level of tasks and that doesn't help me to stay organized as well.

When swiping down the list, a task can get nested as a subtask of the task above it if you slightly swipe sideways or even tap in a way that seems to the side. I am forever having to hunt down and adjust an accidental sub task back to a main task. That should only be possible while the move option is selected. Being able to swipe on the widget would be nice too instead of tapping a small arrow multiple times. Today I was having issues with getting a task to open so I could edit it.

With Astrid shutting down, I've been looking for a comparable to do app, and ProDo is as close as it gets. ProDo doesn't require a sign in, or a yearly fee for more features. It works with Swipe, has a very simple to set Due Date and Alarm, and can be added as a widget on your Homescreen. The only thing I miss is Astrid's sarcastic wit, but maybe ProDo will add that too.

Wow!!! 3rd time wrote something... app never posted my review! 4th time now writing and STILL not responding! & even worse! TURNED IN PHONE & 4 of my MOST IMPORTANT LISTS WERE GONE!!!!

This is a beautiful app with a great widget, but I agree with others here that it still has issues syncing with Google Tasks and with its own widget. It also really needs a way to share and receive text to/from other apps. I had to retype everything in order to get my lists into another app when the syncing issues became problematic. I hope it gets fixed. This looks like it has a lot of potential.

BEST ONE! Only missing 1 or 2 things of import: recurring tasks and no bulk entry. Other than that, it has just about everything you could ask for! I wish I could give it 4 1/2 stars. It'd be nice to have more control over the color themes, like just choosing the accent color and leaving the background white, but it doesn't REALLY affect usability so... It's just pretty amazing. The bulk entry is just about using less clicks and not losing train of thought when blurting out a bunch of todos back to back. But I've tried about 8 other apps, and THIS IS THE BEST ONE. Even missing the things I mentioned, it's the best. I'd rather wait it out here than use anything else.

So efficient and easy to use. I can have to do lists for different areas of life (personal, school, work, ministry, groceries, etc.) Super easy to use and very responding. If you enjoy checking items off of your lists, you will like the feeling of checkmarks in this app. I would give 5 stars but it can improve appearance. Appearance is good, but it could be great.

This is an easy to use, intuitive app with great features. Allows you to add sub-tasks; allows for addition of details under each task and an alarm for each item. Create as many separate lists as you like. Of all the list apps I've tried, this one has not crashed and is the easiest to use. Just a wonderful tool!

One of the best 'To Do' Apps out there. Makes it very easy to log and recall jobs that need to be done. The sub groups feature is also great to have. Very user friendly and well worth the 5 star rating.

Simple, versatile, practical and easy to use...

I have been able to create groups of tasks based on what is important in my life. Being able to organize by subtasks is great for breaking down larger projects. One major missing feature: Why can't I get a merged task list from all my category lists? Or let me do standard sorting of the filtered lists so I can see all upcoming tasks in date order.

Nice Interface and works well. Once I clicked reorder after that even when i reverted it did not list tasks in the order of priority. Other than that it is a great app

Love the layout, love the ease of use and customizable features. Love the nested subtasking and easy rearrange. But only a single due date?? I have recurring tasks in my life I want to come up every day, 2days, weeks, months, years, etc. Allow a feature to do that with the tasks and you have a true winner.

I got really excited when I saw the customization of the widget options but was disappointed when there wasn't one to customize. I read in the description that it doesn't work when it's moved to SD card but I simply downloaded it, created a list and tried to create a widget but it wasn't there. My search for the perfect task widget continues
