FlyHelper | Personal Organizer

Even though used menu to back up, when phone died and had to get new one, hit restore and got nothing. I customize quite a bit and I lost everything. I LOVE flylady and am happy with how app works but how do you save everything and not have to retype or remember it all?

It really helps me stay focused. I am a visual learner. If it isnt out in view then I really struggle to remember what needs to be done. It also helps me stay on track with using a new organizational plan. Old behavior would kick in and I wouldnt make any progress. Thank youm Nancy

If you're going to use someone's name and method, then dont be a thief and pay them royalties. Furthermore the app is buggy and slow, and there are no task suggestions or anything so you have to do all that manually in which case you might as well just use a general to-do list app.

Star system says it is to rate the app. not the users. This app doesn't work well for me, but haven't given up on it yet. I need a cohesive plan. I know how to keep a well organized and clean home, but I need more time for goals and projects and thought this would streamline my process.

While I do know that this FREE app was not created by the Flylady team. I appreciate whomever it was who made it. Its simple check off lists for morning.afternoon and evening routines have helped me immensley by preventing me from either getting lost in time making paper to do lists or lost in time on the internet by getting distracted when I used cozi. I don't think the creator had intent to steal anything from Marla and her team.I think they had the same problems I have had. I am grateful for this app.

Its a great FREE app and I love being able to break chores down amd have access to the site. My only issue is that I can't seem to get notifications and that would be super helpful. I have it turned on in settings but it seems to blink out of it when setting up tasks.

I love that you start is out with everything we need, but make it very easy to tweak as we go. Awesome job! I have been wishing Flylady would create something like this for years now, but she never did. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for stepping in and helping us out!!!

This app has helped me control things in my house without getting overwhelmed. <3 fly lady and owe you my sanity as it was kinda hard to stick to things and make them habits. Now with the reminders on my phone it will be even easier.

Seriously Lacking Its bascally three different types of checklists, reminders, with a terrible meal planner, timer, and a link to flylady's homepage. All things I can accomplish on my home tablet without the wasted space. Im was so happy to see the free version, but its still just too simple for me. Im still waiting for a proper control journal app.... Needs better accessibility, customization, a decent meal planner/ shopping list, & more flylady attitude....

This is the real deal. I had it on my other phone and am hurriedly getting ready to get the app. I found the guidance so helpful. The routine was comforting, even if you couldn't do it all. This app and her web site are motivating and non judgemental.

I loved it when I first installed this "free" app. Personalised it to my liking and was looking forward to it helping me organise my cleaning schedule. I was most upset though when I went to go on it today and a pop up box appeared telling that the free trial had ended. So now it's absolutely useless to me. It should be made clearer that this app is only free for a limited time. Disappointed

Would enjoy a widget that resembles the launch pad and the timer as a button on the pad. Would also enjoy task notes in the zones section as well. Keep the updates coming, love them. Maybe you can attack the control journal next.

This app is great! I love FlyLady. It is easy to personalize and work with. I do not know if there is a way to access the app information on my desktop? This way I could update without carrying my phone. The default tasks are right on and the use of personalizing is awesome!

Every developer needs to know their effort is really appreciated. U make our lives easy with these apps. Most of us can't afford the best apps but we try to donate when we can. PLZZZZZZZZ fix; so we are able to re-arrange the order of our lists! Also make it so we can move a list into the categories part { example ( I made a weekly list; there ended up being things I only needed to do monthly, so I made a monthly check list in weekly) I want to just touch and hold on screen of categories and paste my monthly list! Plz make possible! Thanks :)

Totally adaptable to your own needs. It's a shame I cannot buy it and my trial period has expired. This app is however totally worth paying for. If I had a credit card I would have bought it. Thank you for shaming all other apps by making this one so awesome. I don't know the real fly lady so I don't care if it's a fake. It really works well. Thank you and keep up the good work. I did find the licence key app though I can access my fly helper still it gives me a message to upgrade.

Love, love, love, FlyHelper! So very helpful for this single, full-time working mother. Never in my life have I ever liked an app until I came upon this one. Keep up the good work and thanks again! For the record in response to Deborah DeVane's comment and poor rating ... it doesnt say Fly Lady it says Fly Helper. Knock knock puddin head hahaha. Maybe you should read the title before you publicly hate (and humiliate yourself) on a perfectly good app. Wow some people's children.

I hope they keep this app and work it out fairly with flylady . This app is clear and easy. I love it! I wouldn't change a thing! I think it's a great compliment to her that someone would want to design this and pattern it after her. They did a great job! ...and they did kind of give the credit to her because the day plan links into her website. I think someone just recognized that we needed a good app. I've had tons of problems with it going into cozy. I tried to get help from cozy and fly lady to no avail

Unfortunately Fly Lady didn't get on board with this and it's a shame, I even suggested to them that they create something similar to this awhile ago. This is what I have been looking for, I love Fly Lady, hate Cozi and this is perfect; everything in one place.

This is a great app for recurring lists. It may not be a FlyLady-approved app, but it incorporates FlyLady principles &, as far as I can see, does not pretend to be affiliated. I was once (years ago) a FlyBaby, but have moved on by developing my own routines. This app allows me to do that. I love how you can reset an entire list. I use it for so much more than housework (travel prep, houseguest prep, etc). And, it links to the FlyLady website, which tells me the developer is not trying to take undue credit.

I was happy to find this app. It makes it easy to have my routines at my finger tips. One thing that would make this a 5 - star app would be if the lists were editable. I have things that are bi - weekly and quarterly but there is no option to add them. Being able to add or delete routines would make this app perfect.

I wasn't going to d/l but it's an excellent app. I wish FlyLady did this.. She deserves the credit. Actually, both deserve credit. Maybe the people who developed this app will get together with FlyLady and make this an AWESOME (and fair!) app!

Best. App. Ever! When I was working at home with 4 kids, I was faithful to e-mails and control journals. Now that I am alone and working a crazy schedule outside the home, the manual way just wasn't working for me. I would sign up for e-mails, fail, and unsubscribe - I must have done this a half dozen times, at least! And the CHAOS just kept getting worse and worse!! I have been using this app for a week now, and I can't say enough about how wonderful it is! In a world where we live on our smartphones, this is exactly what I needed so that all my routines, lists, reminders, etc., are all in one place and with me all the time! No cumbersome binders, no forgotten to do lists... If you are a flybaby, you need this app! My only wish was an Iphone version for my friends and family who are part of the evil empire ;)

Finally an easier way to do the Fly Lady system. I've often found it ironic that the Fly Lady website is cluttered. This app breaks it down into easy to follow instructions.

This has all the makings of a great app and I wouldn't have hesitated to buy the full version if only it would sync across devices. I'm not the only person in the house who is responsible for chores but because the app is only on my device no-one else can see what needs to be done. I'm going to come back to this app in the hope that future development allows a household login and syncs across all devices as at present the app is useless in our house. I would like to hear the developer's response to this...?

4 stars as is, would be a 5 if there was a shopping list. Even better would be a syncable calender and a widget. Would be willing to pay for those features. Back on the flylady wagon and this is just the right tool for me. It's a digital age and this completes my digital control journal. So easy to modify as I find the routines that work for me. I'm using this along with my Google calendar app and a separate shopping list. I realize that this isn't made by flylady, but is a great tool to use either way.

I've followed FlyLady for years. Though this app wasn't created by her and her team, it is an indispensable tool to keep us Fly Babies on track. It's user friendly, simple, and easy on the eyes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Its easier to log onto the website than it is to use this app. I thought the point if flylady was to make things easier and more organized.... But this app is hectic, everything is under a different tab.. Its very disappointing.

Great app, but a bit buggy at time. Occasionally the routine lists will disappear. This is annoying, especially if one has spend considerable time to modify/create specialized ones. However, force closing and restarting the app does recover them. But even considering that issue, it is one of the easiest to use of the various ones I have tried.

If you follow FlyLady, this is like having your control journal on your phone, which is awesome. At its core, it's basically a list making app, but with a lot of built in routines. I like it and I use it daily. The timer does not work. I'm not sure if it's my device or what, but I just use a different timer. Very customizable. If you're looking for a simple way to streamline your cleaning, this is the way to go. I would recommend you check out the full FlyLady site.

U r the fairy of Cinderella...who has freed us all from the curse of procrastination...and have made us Queens of our homes. The Routines, missions, zones, day plans are so complete...and 15 min decluttering is such a wonderful idea...I thank u on behalf of all flybabies...God bless u for such a wonderful job...and one more thing...installing cozi and using it for flylady was a cherry on cake...love u

Love how it incorporates a plan, love all the features, very user friendly. They don't claim to be the flylady, she thanks the site. It's fantastic that an app this great is not crazy expensive,even moreso, it's free!! A widget for reminders or that current day would be fabulous.

I have downloaded so many apps and always feel overwhelmed with them. Love this one and have got so much more accomplished with the easy daily tasks. I've added 1 room per day until I get all caught up and organized. Great App!

I just contacted the FlyLady website to ask if this was their legitimate app and they confirmed that this is NOT from them and they are very sad that people are using their info and system without their permission. Just an FYI to anyone who thinks that that this app is from the original, real Fly Lady... it's NOT.

I love the simplicity, and that it doesn't try to duplicate the function of my other Android apps. The lists built-in are easy to customize, and I added a couple new ones easily. I can finally toss that big binder of a control journal! Cozi was too difficult to use and duplicated bits of things I use other apps for. I would love to add more routines ("morning, afternoon" just isn't enough) and to add days of the week, plus more specialized lists (maintenance of home files and pc, car, gardening, home, etc).

Amazing... helps me to be organized and have a good day and no longer suffering from CHAOS in my life..

Wish zone of the week was highlighted in zone tab. Generally just wish app was more intuitive and streamlined. Very good program to follow! Been a flybaby for over 2 years.

Great app but I want to know, 1-it ll be for how much per month after z free trial? 2-what is z key license?
