ISTANBUL FLATS owns and manages serviced apartments in Istanbul both for short and extended stays. Unlike standard hotel rooms or suites, we offer 'real' apartments, some with private terraces or balconies and ranging from 35 m2 to 150 m2. They are all with 'wall-separated' 1, 2, 3 or 4-bedrooms full and separate kitchens and livingrooms. 2,3 and 4-bedroom apartments all have 2 full bathrooms, one of them being en-suite and with a bathtub as well. Currently there are 3 properties, Galata Flats, Balkon Residence and Nisantasi Flats as well as a dozen of stand-alone apartments. However, all units are conveniently located just next to metro stops and access to Old Town is easy. ISTANBUL FLATS has a main office in Galata, operating 24-Hours, very easy to reach being a few steps from Sishane Metro Stop and acts as an Emergency Center as well for all our guests.
