Tokyo Otaku Mode mini

I saw this app before and it was very good , it has positive revievs too , but when i've opened it , nothing aparead and this " Update failed" message was showing . It's not working with wi fi nor mobile data. Please fix it Im sure then I will rate it 5 stars.

As reviewed & said my many other users, I'm also reviewing it as a great app....but there are some things which are lacking. First, as said by other users, please add a share function which lets us share through Facebook, SNS Apps & Chatting Apps (WhatsApp, We chat, LIC, etc.). Second, please add a feature which let's you bookmark/favorite articles in the app, will be really useful...at least to me. And Finally (for the time being), being able to comment on articles in the app would be great.

I have been so depressed lately but then I found this. I LOVE EVERYTHING ANIME... EVERYTHING. and this app has made me enjoy life a little more and renewed my desire to visit Japan to new heights. :) ty

TOM has been updating their other two apps, but has neglected this one since 2013. What's that all about? Looking forward to updates...

One of the best places to get current anime news, love seeing what's on here, however I miss a lot of stuff I'd like to read because I cant read it at that time. There should be a save, or bookmark feature.This would GREATLY compliment this app. Also, the sharing feature is wack, only facebook, twitter or e-mail? We should be able to share through text message as well. A search feature would also be helpful. App has excellent potential, but needs work.

I loved it but I would be great if I get to save a page to view it offline of even just because I was impressed by it... that's it apart from that this app is the one app which will keep you updated on anime and manga and Japan itself ♥♥♥

the overall functioning is fine but the ui is way too outdated.....

But aside from that, the overall's great! Need some more improvements though, like a better sharing function maybe? Or fixing the problem that cause the app to freeze sometimes?

Push notifications constantly enables itself again C'MON GUYS DON'T MAKE ME UNINSTALL I like this app.....

It needs better notification. I would get a new post nofitication every now and then but it would miss all these other posts. Also sharing on facebook needs a minor tweak. It's hard to tag multiple people with it. In all everything else is great :D

Why does it keep failing to update !!!! This app is prefect for me but please fix the problem

I love everything about this app, a widget feature would make this perfect for me.

I think this app is amazing! But unfortunately lately it hasn't been showing recent articles. When I refresh the feed I see about two or three articles from the past day but then it's missing a whole weeks worth of articles. I know new articles have been posted because of my daily notification but I can't read them. Super frustrating! I even uninstalled and reinstalled but the problem still persist!

Do you require/need/want otaku news straight the screen you hold nearest your face? Then this is the app for you! That's right my otaku kinsmen! This app will bring forth the news you so desire. News about anime, manga, conventions, and all the other delectable tantalizing savory sweet information that will satisfy any otaku's hunger for more.

I live in America and anime isn't well advertised here, but this app keeps me up to date on what's going on in Japan

Really wanted an app like this before. I used to visit the website a lot, but with this, it saves me time and effort. Updates regarding tokyo, anime, and stuff. Specially to the notification feature. A thumbs up!

After doenload the app. It says update failed...dafug. My phone is okayy..but huwat??

Great. I just hope they'd add a "share on google + button".

It refuses to, and keeps switching the option back to enabled immediately. Uninstalled.

I'm happy that I found this app. Now I can look up my favorite artists and cosplayers without the annoying popup online.

I like to use TOM, and this a neat complementary app for the website, but it could use some work. It needs to automatically refresh its news page as well as have more advanced sharing features, namely on Facebook with specific people or pages.

As a big fan of anime and more this lets me stay update with everything

If i could log in and use the store and gallery features it would be better.

Now i can acces Tokyo Otaku Mode from My Phone ^_^

Not a big problem but having facebook and twitter link problems on the original galaxy note everything else seems to work fine though.

It's great, but I'm seeing more news from 2013 and things that happened months ago... I'm not sure if I have a setting wrong or if the news isn't reliable.

I wouldve given this a 5 instead of 4 if it were for the lack of sahring capabilities. I have a cosplay group, and dont want the hassles of posting it in my page, then go to the post and share it AGAIN to my group. If you can fix this itd be greatly appreciated

Can't do everything I wish I could, but it a a solid app none the less.
