So my first purchase was fine. But when I go to do a second one a couple days later, it keeps looping in the checkout screen. I checkout and do my pay pal, but then it starts all over and asks me to do it again. I keep trying to do this because it doesn't seem it's working. No email or confirmation or anything. Then I get a phone call from my bank asking if I made several purchases from this app. What. The. Heck. They need to fix this. I'm not the only one with this problem based off what I'm reading in the reviews. I'm really mad right now about this.

I've shopped for a few years now. I've never been disappointed. FYI you can't return anything, but other than that I've always been very happy with everything.

Great app, gives you what you pay for, and more. After buying from it for years the only thing I have to say is the pre-orders sometimes run out and you'll have to wait longer. Other than that a great app.

The sight is great and has always sent what I ordered. One problem about the app is that it won't let me type in coupons to use them, it gives a forbidden page.

I've shopped for a few times and TOM never disappoint me at all. The product, packaging and even the shipping is perfect. Thumbs up! Keep up the good work????

I absolutely love TOM. Their app is really easy to navigate and quite light to load as well. No flaw to point out except the images of the products, that seem to have a bug and have a cut, not showing the entire photo compared to the website itself, sometimes making it so you can't see the entire item. Other than that, I highly recommend for all your otaku needs! Their service is top notch!

Better, cleaner, and faster than AmiAmi! This is my Go To place for Anime figures. They even have a cool shipping box! And sometimes they send free goodies as gesture of thanks for shopping with TOM! <3

I love this app so much! You get notified when something you want is restocked and everything is very cute. The only reason why I don't buy anything much off of the app though is because much of it is just to over priced.

Not sure why, but checking out using paypal just keeps me going in circles from 'my cart' to paypal's 'accept & confirm' screen, then back to my cart with no actions taken. This happens over and over again to no end. And to be frank, I'm kinda scared. I've tried making a purchase from this app, and on various desktop browsers but to no avail. I'm not from Japan so the shipping address shouldn't be the problem. Please help.

Great App. Works Smooth(Using OPPO F1S). Great Selection. Great Deals. 5????s. Been looking for a legit site that sells Anime/Manga figures for a while now so i could review and give a fresh, honest and unbiased opinion on these things of beauty and came across Tokyo Otaku Mode which at the moment i think is leading the anime/manga figure movement unless you count in-store only shops, however i live in Australia so finding a hobby shop that sells figures of half-naked, metal and cloth clad, buxom beauties in suggestive poses is kind of a rare sight too behold. I've so far only seen 2 shops that sell them in Aus and there both in sydney! (maybe im not looking hard enough) so it was a sight for sore eyes when i came across TOM and now they have an App which is even better! I really cannot thank the guys and gals at TOM enough for bringing this kind of hobby into a more mainstream fitting rather than from a dindgy storefront selling fake figures (nothing worse than a fake figure). The only con i have about this app is that its going to take all my money! $_$ (is that a bad thing if its all on happiness?) seriously though cant say enough good things about this app considering i took my own time and effort too write this without being prompted too. I hope this gives people a informative and funny insight into my experience with this app and gives you a good outlook on it. P.S DOWNLOAD IT NOW!

Amazing app, everything I order comes just on time and sometimes even earlier. Never disappoints me.

Excellent app. Lets me be upto date on certain products. But as a premium member, I still prefer shopping using PC because its much easier and shows the price for members, unlike the app.

I love it, all the figmas and nendoriods I want is on here. Also I have seen so many cool things I have never seen before and want to really get them now ????

It won't let me log in but other wise it's a fantastic store app.

Anytime I reopen the app I have to log back in, it doesn't save my account anymore and it's really annoying to have to type email and password every single time

Nice and smooth interface for shopping otaku merchandise.But doesn't have a tracking page like the browser version and some sales seems to be missing.

Works fine. But I can't figure out how to turn off Push notifications without doing in through Android.

It's easy to use and the interface is very user-friendly. I prefer it to shopping their normal online store.
