التأسيس والانطلاقة :
جمعية فتية دخلت عامها الخامس في مسارها الجديد بعد ضم وحداتها التي كان بعضُها يقدم خدماته عبر مسميات ومظلات أُخرى قبل أكثر من (20) عاماً، وتمَّ تطويرُها وتوسيعُها لتقدم برامجها وخدماتها موجهة لجميع شرائح المجتمع على تباين مستوياتهم المعيشية والطبقة العمرية واختلاف الجنس .
جمعية أسرة تخدم الطفل والشاب والرجل والمرأة والفتاة والفقير والغني .. فهي بحق صديقة الجميع !
و نرفقُ لكم آخر الانجازات لهذا العام 1432هـ.. والطموح الذي نتطلعُ إليه في جمعيتنا التي تتطلعُ لعملٍ مؤسسي احترافي.
الانجازات الإدارية والإعلامية :
بدأت الجمعية – بحمد الله- في تطبيق الخطة الإستراتيجية التي سيكون لها الأثر الملموس –بتوفيق الله وعونه- في رقي الجمعية وتقدمها في درجات الكمال والسمو .. كما تمَّ اعتماد اللوائح التنظيمية التي من شأنها تنظمُ سير العمل وِفقَ متطلبات العمل المؤسسي، وقد نظَّمت وشاركت الجمعية في المعارض والملتقيات التي كان من أبرزها : تنظيم الملتقى الأول لوحدات التوفيق بمنطقة القصيم بفندق السلام،والمشاركة في أمسية القطاع الخاص في خدمة المجتمع والتي أقامها فندق موفنبيك، والمشاركة في ملتقى الجمعيات والجهات الخيرية بمنطقة القصيم بمحافظة عنيزة، والمشاركة في يوم المهنة المُقام في جامعة القصيم، وتنظيم الملتقى الخامس لجمعيات الزواج والرعاية الأُسرية على مستوى المملكة ، والذي كان برعاية أمير منطقة القصيم.
وفي 23/10/1432هـ حصلت الجمعية –بفضل الله- على شهادة الآيزو 9001:2008 ISO لتطبيق أحدث نُظُم الجودة العالمية. Family association

Incorporation and start:
Boys Association has entered its fifth year in a new course after the annexation of units that were each offers its services through the names and other umbrellas by more than (20) years, has been developed and expanded to provide programs and services directed to all segments of society to contrast their living standards and class age and sex differences.
Family association serving the child and the young men and women and girls and the poor and the rich .. They are truly friendly to everyone!
And enclose you the latest achievements for the year 1432 .. and ambition that we look for in our society that are looking for professional work of the founders.
Administrative and information Achievements:
Assembly - the praise of Allah in the application of the strategic plan that will have a significant impact -ptofik God began Onh- Assembly in the paper and provided in perfect Highness degrees .. also been adopted regulations that will govern the conduct of the work in accordance with the requirements of institutional work, has organized and participated Assembly in exhibitions and forums that were notably: the organization of the first meeting of the units to reconcile Qassim Peace Hotel, and participate in an evening of the private sector in community service and hosted by the Movenpick Hotel, and participation at the crossroads of associations and charities in Qassim province of Saudi Arabia, and to participate in Career Day held in Qassim University and the organization of the forum fifth associations marriage and family care in the Kingdom, which was sponsored by the Emir of Qassim region.
On 10/23/1432 AH Assembly got the grace of Allah the ISO 9001: 2008 ISO for the application of the latest international quality systems.
