Text/SMS and Voice Broadcast

The Notify Anywhere app allows anyone to send voice broadcasts or text message (SMS) broadcasts right from their mobile device. Using your phone, you can quickly and easily record a message, select the 1 or many communication platforms from voice broadcast to bulk SMS or simply Social Posts. Then select your recipients or contacts you want the message to go to (You can create the contacts in the app or simply select your contacts from Phone Address Book). Notify Anywhere then instantly calls everyone and plays your message for them on their landlines and/or mobiles(for VB). If the call ends up going to a voicemail our system will leave the message on their answering machine so they will hear it later. It automatically switches to next task when first task is completed.

If you do not want to record message in your voice, use our very innovative feature called KOEL for system to read out your message in Male or Female voice and in different language accents.

Note: Only for USA & Canada users: A phone verification process is must before Voice Broadcast or Phone Polls can be run. App will call on your phone number and you will be instructed to enter 4-6 digit code shown on your app screen on the call to verify.

The app is free to download and absolutely free to register.

Speed: Along with Voice Broadcast, app also allows you to select Multiple Social Channels and then automatically posts your message to all selected channels (with video and/or images) 1 by 1. This helps users in reaching out to all the audience scattered on various social channels quickly and efficiently.

Automation: Users like Program Organizers or Institutes, do not have to manually generate notifications during incidents like snow or thunder storm. Notify Anywhere auto creates messages with ics file in the event of cancellations or delays.

How to Use?

3 step process
1) Register for Free and Identify yourself
2) Select 1 or more communication Platforms you would like to use
3) Select recipients either directly from your phone book or create records like groups, friends etc
(Use 'From-Contacts' button on top right corner of create entity screen to auto-populate entities)

What you can do:
1) International Call Broadcasts on telecom like cellphones and landline
2) Text can be send to groups of even more than 10 numbers using carrier (Since most carriers in USA and other parts of the world now offer free texting)
3) Just select the Social Media channel and have app posts to all selected channels 1 by 1 on your behalf
4) Run Surveys from anywhere. Check the result within minutes.
5) Search an Event or Class and choose the Action of Delay, Reschedule etc. for the app to auto generate the message and send to all affected parties.
