OSIM uSqueez App

For a company that makes such expensive product, it's crazy that they can't make Bluetooth work. Something that any $10 Bluetooth speaker can do nowadays every time.

I have a Samsung Galaxy s7 and I have the u squeeze. I can't pair it to my phone for some reason. Pls fix it

App works once you go into your phone/tablet bluetooth setting and scan/pair before launching app to pair.

I just got my Note 4 and it goes into an endless pairing loop. It paired just fine with my Note 3. It pairs fine to my girsfriends iPad and iPhone 6. To further troubleshoot I have tried deleting the osim from iPhone and iPad and even my old Note 3. Turned every wifi device off in the house including my Bose etc..and to no avail. Hopefully the developer will update the app. Other than that the unit is awesome and I will just use my iPad for now. They should make a PC driver/program for this as well.

The massager works well, however the selling point was the ability to use a phone to control it. The app is very useful considering the controls are on the side (the higher model has the controls between the calves, like the one at Bed Bath.) The one comment about pairing the device to the phone WITHOUT the app is correct. But then, why not just fix the app instead? I have a Galaxy S3, latest firmware version

I don't why some are having so many issues. I had no prob pairing. Just power up the messager then connect blue tooth from Droid THEN start the app. Why would you do it any different. Love people who give a bad review because of their own incompetence or lack of technical ability.

Paired fine with my Samsung Galaxy s3 via my phone's Bluetooth settings.

Will not pair with galaxy

You charge plenty for these (I know your markup is over 400% from the manufacturer in China). Put some of that money towards making the whole package function. The app does not pair. It is useless.

Never pairs. Spelling errors on pop ups. Terrible.

Had to sync Bluetooth through the phone settings. Works great with Droid RAZR.

It does not pair with galaxy s4!!! Bad application!!!!

I have an HTC One and its not pairing at all, I tried a hundred times. In other words if you have an android don't bother downloading.

Once you pair this up in your actual phone/device Bluetooth settings, load the app and follow the prompts. It works just as advertised.

I have a galaxy note 3 and my wife a galaxy s5 and it only shows attempting to pair. My ipad syncs with no problem. Please fix this.

Does not work. The blue tooth keeps buffering.

With all the bad reviews regarding bluetooth not pairing, very surprised osim has not fixed poor quality and reflects badly on the company.

Ok, at first pairing did not work. Got it to work performing the following. Goto settings. Turn on blue tooth. Select blue tooth (tap to configure). (Note, blue tooth starts scanning). Under available devices, tap on usqueez (pairing starts). Tap "ok" to confirm pairing request. Then, goto the "usqueez app" tap on it to open. App starts to pair. Tried this procedure again the next morning and worked fine. Also, installed on wifes phone and works fine. App is great for controlling massager.

Very unsatisfied here, due to me not having a IPhone I am not able to use app to control chair. This is BS. Store rep should have advised me of this. App should work with all phone providers. Now I have to bend over to work controls (which are not conveniently placed) to operate unit. again BS. Shame on you Apple!!!!!!!!!!!

Asus tf700. Android 4.0.3. Cannot even pair, device is visible, but it hangs during pairing process.

I have a galaxy s4 and it would not pair with the app...the app would just continue to show pairing but never pair....I even try to pair through thr phone bluetooth menu first then open app...still no good...please fix

I can't get it to pair either. HTC EVO LTE... Apple only... Funny thing is, I also have an old iPod touch 2nd generation, doesn't work on it either cuz the iOS support is outdated... Great... Can't use bluetooth at all.

The massager works well, when it's BT connected. On my Nexus 7 pad, it connected right away, and worked for about an hour. Out of no where, the app tried to re-connect (evidently it had dropped the BT for some reason). I was unable to get it to connect again without power cycling the massager. The problems using it without the App: - The controls are impossible to see, and are inconvenient to touch - You cannot manually control the settings, you have to use these three pre-programmed routines, which are not "continuous", so to speak. So if you are like me and you don't want it to keep pausing, it SUCKS.

Whole reason I was talked into this was the phone app capability due to the fact I can not bend to push buttons. I believe this is false advertisement and will be bringing this to the attention of my atty as this company in my opinion has taken advantage of a handicapped person.

It works but you just need to sync/pair the BT in the system settings first of your device. If your dont do that it wont pair up.. but was able to pair together after doing that first, Then running the app.
