You guys really need to provide more accurate wait time estimates for hospital ER's. Most people look at the wait time and believe that's how quickly they'll be treated, not seen by a triage nurse.

I wwnt to one location and they told me to download the app for wait times and go to a different location. I was barely in the condition to drive. When I got to the next location the told me that their wait time was just as bad and that the app is down. There was no indication of that on the app. This is a serious problem and could cost a life...
