Sometimes it wont connect so you have to uninstall and install again but awesome app

Like networking and getting the WD box to work right, this will also only frustrate you.

WD TV remote app does not work on my android marshmallow 6.0.1 phone anymore, so gave this a shot instead. Realized that I should have been using this all along. Much better functionality than WD's app. Shows a seeker/slider to seek to specific part of file, shows file duration, etc that the WD app never did. Great job by the developers of this app!

Works well with my updated wd-tv (unlike official app!) However, the swipe feature to switch between controls sets regularly stops working. Would def donate and 5 stars when fixed.

with the latest update 1.06.34b firmware for the WDTV Live Plus, the buttons don't seem to be mapped correctly for the latest netflix software installed. everything else works fine.

This remote works greater when it does work. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app at least once a week, super annoying.

Installed on S3, found my system in a mater of seconds, finds all of my folders but keeps crashing. Once restarted, works again. Please fix it.

Wd app quit working. This one rocks the house. It even gives the media players status and allows to jump to desired time. Those features were not on the genuine wd app.

This works so much better than the "official" remote.

Doesn't work on kit Kat. "device not connected". Everything works fine according to help info, including web remote. Will this ever be updated? 2012!?

What's more important than the app working the way you want, when you want it to?

App won't even open to find what's wrong.

I prefer a standard TV control to set volume etc

It doesn't work with YouTube or my dlna music. Bit faster than the wdtv app but not enough difference to make it worth the drawbacks...yet. Needs better UI as well.

A keyboard is extremely important and need to be implemented

The app is working properly and doesn't crash, but it is useless if I want to find and play my locally stored music (on the external hdd attached to my wdtv live) with the tv off. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Would have been great except there's no power button. I only turn it on when I'm going to stream media, which may be once or twice a week.

Much better than WD's app. Connected instantly, I started to use it 5 seconds after installing.

So much better than WD app. For starters ... IT WORKS!!! And it works very efficiently. Keep in mind its a remote.

Works... Way, way better than the ZappoTV app that doesn't even find either of my WDTV boxes.

Rly like this app. Keep the awesomeness coming. This is way better than the app WD themselves have in the play store

10x better than the original app Although this app is actually good ... I decided i will give only 3 stars ... I noticed the last update was back in 2012!! If people do actually donate .. will the donations ever be used?

Doesnt recognize my wdtv live plus hd. Using galaxy nexus android 4.2.1

I cannot power on. Power off and everything else works like a charm. It might not even be possible. Thanks for a great app.

Wanted it to work. Can't seem to connect to my device.

One of the main reasons I would want a remote is to navigate inside the Youtube app... and this app unfortunatelly does not deliver. 3 stars for at least work with videos and photos.

Works great. Would definitely buy the pay version if it was still being worked on and updated.

It found my WD live hub straight away and unlike other apps I tried. This one has a timeline slider so you can jump to wherever you want in the video. Not just skip in increments or playback up to 16x like stock remote.

Very unstable. I am constantly getting a message to say it has stopped working and it closes down. Would be great of not for this. Almost unusable some days

Couldn't get the official app to work anymore. This is working well except the play button. What's up with that?
