I love the idea of adding the birthday to the calendar. Maybe add another checkbox "add default reminder" so I don't need to do this manually.

If it crashes finding a calendar, make sure you've loaded Google's calendar first so it knows which ones you have set up.

Emailed author and he sent a new build that wont crash on motor Droid. Wish I could see birthdays on my contacts list too though :0(
