Orthodox Prayers and Services

This app is incredible. It contains almost every service, akathist, prayer, and commentary you could hope for. There is no other app like this out there, at least not in English. Appears to be well kept. Even contains Thomas Hopko's 55 Maxims. A must have. Edit 8/21/17: No longer functional. Prayers do not show up, even after recent updates. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that did not fix problem. I eagerly await the repairs - useless until these are done..

Fixed the formatting bug. Has a good selection, but sometimes hard to browse prayers, as list is long and naming can be somewhat hard to remember; a search function would be good.

About 40 percent of the prayers and Akathists do not load. The page is blank. (I have a 9 month old phone.) I keep waiting for an update to fix this but nothing so far, after months.

I cant get all the prayers.

I downloaded this app a few weeks ago and fell in love with it. Recently, I began my journey to join the Orthodox Church and this app has helped tremendously in teaching me how to pray. That said, after the most recent update, half the prayers load only as blank screens. This unfortunate as some of those were prayers I was using frequently. I hope this is fixed soon so I may continue using the app. Edit: Issue now seems to be fixed.

This is/was a great app. New phone & tried to load multiple times and it's NOT loading completely. Just see the icon with no prayers.

After update I was not able to access mist of the prayers. When I first downloaded it was working well.

I really enjoyed this app until it stopped working. No amount of reinstalling has fixed it.

This was a good app, but now (April 2017) it isn't working with Android 7.0 *ETA* Uninstalling and reinstalling fixed the problem. Back to five stars.

This has not just everything...it has Everything! The normal prayers and services plus the Hours and The Psalter as a Book of Needs. Very comprehensive...thank you! +++

Wow what can i say?? This app is amazing and has so much content. I usually try and not have any religious apps on my phone as there are too many distractions and have you ever tried praying from a prayer book or service on your cell phone and you get a call or notification?! Well this app is a distraction from distractions, once your on it you can't get off it!!

This is a definite app to help and guide you on your path in being a Orthodox Christian.

I love this app so much and for everything it offers I give it 5 stars, but for some reason now the loading screen is never ending and the content is unavailable. I can't wait till it's fixed so I can pray confidently again. EDIT: for anyone else who has this issue, I just uninstalled and installed again and it's working now!

I used to love this app. Now, it no longer works. It gets 1 star until fixed. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling at least a dozen times or more. Still nothing.

Won't work. Just keeps saying it's loading.

I'd love to actually see something load after it says that it's loading, in hopes that it actually does load something, I'll be able to give the app more than 1 star. However, no such joy so far.

Wonderful information, I wish if there is an option to negate the screen and control font size but still five stars from me, God bless you.

Thanks for putting this together. I only wish there was a way to have it start up faster and check for updates some other time.

This is a very well researched and assembled app. There is a little bit of room for design improvements, but overall this is a precious app. Thank you for doing this... Especially being free.
