• Used paper (used magazine, HVS paper) A4 size (actually can be any size, but for uniform size we use A4 size)
• Cutter or scissors
How to make:
1. Fold the paper 4 times so you will get 16 parts, then cut it.
2. As I explained earlier, modular origami is composed of modules. Therefore, we must create the module first. How to make it is folding paper
3. Create as many modules as possible, because to make a small flower vase, it takes as many as 216 modules.
4. After the module is enough, arrange the module by inserting its wings alternately up and down, until composed of 2 layers consisting of 18 pairs of modules (top bottom alternating). It does not have to be 18 pairs, it could be more. Depending on size.
The larger the size, the more the number of modules to be arranged connect.
5. Arrange up to ten layers
6. After getting ten layers, you compose the last two layers, the layers to eleven and twelve. For the eleven layers the modules are reversed but the twelve layers are again arranged as in the tenth and earlier layers.
7. You can also modify the last layer according to your creativity
8. Be creative with modular origami in addition to challenging as well as recycle paper that accumulate in the office.
