When I cancelled my account, they kept charging me. Repeated attempts to contact customer service were ignored. These guys treat you fine until you stop paying

Occasionally crashes on open and must be reinstalled.Video uploading is barely functional. Album creation via the app did not work. Commenting sometimes crashes the app. Load time is improved tho, as well as notifications bring reliable. **6/15 UPDATE** No more issues with crashes or freezes, but multiple image upload gets hung up on first image and never uploads images. New album creation within app never works either.

Constantly crashes

It's really great for sharing with friends and families

I like the ease of posting picture/video and keeping them private to our family members. However the app crashes every time I use it. This happen as you try to scroll down the timeline. I hope it gets fix soon.

Update: app doesn't work most of the time now. It says no network connection when other apps work fine, and it crashes when trying to share videos from the Photos app. Very disappointing. Old review: Well designed app, very responsive and used to work great for the most part. I wish the app had normal video playback controls, and the videos often take forever to buffer. Otherwise a great companion app to a great service.

As of now, it is non functional on my HTC one.

Click on comments from notifications get a blank screen. Some do nothing at all.

Recent posts are not updating (not showing up) in the feed on the app. Albums are not showing in the feed, only moments. After each upload takes forever to upload, especially with video. Sometimes no notification about uploaded photo, but other times sends me notification about my own upload. Not able to edit profile or settings on app. Not able to download photos if they are a moment, only albums. Great idea, would love for it to work well.

UPDATE: the app keeps force quitting itself after auto updated, pls fix it!. It's beautiful designed, very holo style, elegant color scheme, but lack of many basic features, like edit profile, localization, etc., and how can I delete the default Origami moment? It looks weird on my family timeline. Import frim Everyme only importes texts, photos and videos don't show up. And, the price is…well, I think half is reasonable.

This concept is exactly what im looking for at the perfect price but theres a lack of user individuality and profile personalization etc. I think the app is limited to only the immediate family, (mom, dad, brother etc ) and for the entirety of generations and generations (grandparents, 3rd cousin's, distant aunts, and unknown decents etc.) A family tree interface scheme to show relation lines. Also separate administrative abilities given to the account purchaser to administer to those in their family and so on.... Above all Great app!!!
