3.此APP一經啟用成功即視同仁愛眼鏡會員卡，請保管好您的行動電話與行動密碼並勿以任意型式散布您的會員權益。
4.針對部分 Android 7 以上的用戶行動電話因為 通知訊息 與 相機使用權限問題造成無法開啟與閃退的問題已於 3.0 版中更新，若仍有其他版本無法使用，請回報，謝謝。
5.若您收不到驗證簡訊要麻煩您確認是否被簡訊過濾類型的APP阻擋，若持續收不到簡訊，請發送 MAIL 並附上您的電話，我們將盡快排除問題。
6.本 APP 必須俱備網路連線能力才能於店家消費時作為身份識別，若您無網路連線時仍可使用報電話號碼進行點數累積。
