Worst car booking aap, thief they charge you and when you request for refund they never do. Their customer service sucks they answer the call but no response. This is bunch of crooks trying to make easy money by cheating people and I also got cheated by them. Be careful before making your booking.
Booked so many times. Always 15 mins before they will cancel the booking stating car met with accident and is damaged. I don't know why there cars only meet with accident. @myles , please stop fooling people. We should sue them for this and they should pay twice as compensation. I will for sure going to fire a case. Who knows whether they use these cars for some illegal business. Becoz of you guys i lost my interview. Feel like fucking you.
I booked i10. Got swift. Still no issue, car is a car. But the condition of car was not good at all. The Stepney was punctured, I came back to get a new one. Then when I was leaving for trip, I checked the Tyre pressure and rear left Tyre was also puncture. Thankfully I had a stephny now. But at 12.30am on the middle of a road is not a safe place.
Worst app for ever. Worst staff at myles office (100 feet road hyderabad). No response and charged 5000 rupees for tyre puncture. They provided me worst car and charged 10000 rupees.. Dont book .. its fraud
After watching so many bad reviews, I have still booked a car for my 1st oct. 2017 trip from delhi. I just hope that they won't made my road trip worst. I will update my reviews here and at every social networking site again after completing the trip.
The worst car booking service. Period. Read more ... I was given a black swift which was in a terrible condition. Terrible means there was no corner or the car that did not have a scratch/dent. Even the ceiling of the car had a big dent. The seats were torn, the windows did not close. To add to the misery, the delivery guy was very rude. He even abused me while taking back the car. After paying around 13k for a broken car, I am totally disappointed. And the Myles team did not even bother calling me after making a complaint. Don't fall into the trap of a little cheap option. Your trip will be ruined.
Worst app.. Booked the car before 20days still gets the call just before 4days of the booking date that sorry sir won't be able to provide you the car. Never ever use myles.. This app sucks.

Worst car rental service I have ever come across. Their story of cars meeting with accidents is a big fraud. I was also given the same excuse when I booked a car on 06th October 2017 in Coimbatore. After trying numerous times with the customer care, I was informed 30 mins after my booking time that the car which I was supposed to get had met with an accident and no other car was available. Highly unprofessional. Planning to go to consumer forum. My plan of 3 days was ruined by these stupid people. And Myles, if u give that stupid reply of giving my booking id and u will get back to me.. here it is.. 6698793.. Don't get back.. I am fed up with u.. will be visiting consumer forum soon.
I was told to refill the vehicle for ₹300 . Behaviour of the staff was very bad. Vehicle was returned with meter touching 1/4th block , which was given to me like that. Totally disliked it.
I'm totally disappointed with the car condition, when I turned the head light to high beam I could see only right side light was on, the left one was totally off.. Secondly the car was not clean, when I went to leave the car with little tissues inside the car, the Myles guy asked me to clean it and give otherwise he would put penalty for that though he has not given the car clean to us.. what the hell is this? After all this, he is charging me diesel charges for some little 1.5 meter variation. I suggest not to use Myles
Worst service, a car like Honda Amaze Diesel variant gives just 15km/litre. No proper service of car. If we put diesel than also the indicators wont increase that means no proper maintenance of car. Its better go with Zoom cars or Revv cars than Myles.
Had a very bad experience, first of all it doesn't make sense not to give cars to 18 year olds who have a legit driving license. Secondly you don't make someone wait for 15 minutes and still not connect them to an executive on customer support. They have a huge staffing problem at customer support and I can't imagine what someone who is met with an accident would contact them quickly.

Never book cars from this website. I booked a car 1 MONTH BEFORE for tomorrow and I received a message today that it is cancelled and car is not available. I think I am gonna sue these people of inconvenience caused to me and the money I spent for my trip. Is this a joke you think?? Just wait and watch.
Don't ever use myles. Worst ever experience. Better not travel, rather than using myles. And also the inhuman behaviour. Don't dare recommend it to anyone
I book a car 2 times from myles. At the last moment i got a call that car is not available....! And when i asked to people who call me. That why car is not available. These goon's started abuse. We spoile the plan at last momen. Don't book car from Myles. Wast of money.
Dear team First Please improve your app. The location it takes and the actual location are too different. Second Deliver what you have promised Third Atleast share the updated with your customer who has booked the car. No bothers to give an update till I myself call the myles team and half an hour before they say that they don't have the booked vehicle and they have to change it. And over that They say that "drivers are not available , we will send it once they come " This is not how it works. Have a proper planning. And stick to it. #Disappointed.

Myles is the world’s top worst self-drive car rental service. We had a wonderful experience with Myles. We booked Honda City for 5th Oct 17 11:30 PM. We had to call/mail them for multiple things (Document Verification / Booking Confirmation/ Point of contact for Pickup etc.). For our surprise we got a cancellation email at evening 5:30 on 5th Oct when we contacted the customer care they said the car was met with an accident and they can’t provide any other alternative and they sent an email saying that the booking got cancelled as the document verification has not been done. Thanks for the wonderful service, now our turn to surprise you. Please get ready to face the legal procedures..

Worst vehicles and especially customer service which is not quick response process . My car was broke down and refund is not yet payed .
Just thought of booking i10 but it shows one price at first and later they add 750 rs as convince fee... Do now why they are collecting that and other charges altogether you need to pay a lot.....

Poor service....it takes lot of time to contact the customer care service.....no confirmation messages will be received on your mobile, unlike zoom cars.....you have to follow up your self which is tidious
Booked for Polo what we got is Pulse and it was in terrible condition. Even the battery is dead. Overall the trip was ruined.

It was worst experience from the whole MYLES team. When i called the MYLES team for the vehicle delivery, they have replied "Your car met with an accident and we can't deliver the car''. Our all bookings (Hotel bookings for 7 days, we came from Bangalore to Delhi, other bookings more than 1.25 lac rs bookings )and journey was depends on the vehicle and we have done full payment also. So don't believe these Myles booking. Especially Delhi Myles team. I have done booking in Delhi Myles team they we are the worst team in this world. They are really rude to speak and hear customers. One person named sunder Myles ( i got his name from true caller), he was not picking my calls and arguing with me and telling we can't give any car .I never had this type of bad experience in my lifetime. So please avoid their any services. and make a move against their dirty game for profit.

Around an hour Late arrival... Got cheated. Had to pay for a damaged car which I didn't see while pickup Cause he was already late to provide me the vehicle and I wanted the process to be completed asap(blindly trusted them) my mistake. no use of communication or complaining with customer care.. won't use it again..

I booked a car, Honda amaze, on 10th September for 3 days and planned my journey accordingly. Just now I got a call from myles stating that the car has met an accident and they won't even provide me any alternate car. Complete nonsense. I have to travel tomorrow and all my hotel bookings are going to be wasted while they don't bother at all. Extremely disappointed with myles. Would recommend all to never use myles.
