WORST APP EVER!!!! Don't waste your time and money!!!!!! I wrote a letter and every time I used the letter u in place of the word it changed it to a% and the letter I is a * so my letter made no sense when she received it I made a copy and I don't Under stand it and I wrote the Damn thing so yes this app sucks don't waste your time or money

I mailed 5 photos to try this app out my loved one received them with no problem i just sent another set of pictures the only problem is it takes longer to receive. If u send the mail urself it gets there quicker. But i personally dont have the time to go print and mail out so id rather use this app instead

My Cousin never received his letter or photo. But they take your money from your account right away. Big time rip off F-KING THIEVES.

So for the past few weeks I've been emailing the company back and forth to figure out to why I'm not able to upload photos. Which still hasn't not been resolved. They stopped emailing. And 2nd. I wrote a short letter ( if you wanna call it a letter) more like a note , just to see if it actually go through and how long. Yeah well a few weeks later. They still never received it . This crap sucks. You guys just need to remove yourself from the play store. Or get your crap together.

So simple but yet not make it easier to add money took me 5 mins to find what i was looking for ridiculous.

I used this app to send pictures and at first it seemed fine but then the second time I sent pictures my boyfriend never received them so I emailed for help and they told me they would resend the photos if I would like and I assured them they I would like the photos sent over because I paid for something my boyfriend never received and I haven't heard back from them since and my boyfriend still has not received the photos I sent him

The app works, however it was refused by the Attica prison I sent it to because "3rd party mail prohibited". Everything I wrote and the pictures I sent were mailed. I'm gonna mail it myself now and stop being lazy.

He gets my letter and pictures everytime! This app is amazing and keeps me in contact. All we need now are promo codes to send free letters ite pictures someone.. LOVE IT!!

Im super upset...the first time my relative received photos with know prob...i have sent 15 photos...5 times 3 and he hasnt received any...bless Jesus...what is the prob...i want my pictures sent or money back before i report this app

They stealing money from your bank accounts do use this app I sent 5 pictures my money was token out of my account my boyfriend didn't get the pictures I sent emails to the company and no response

Well I thought that I had to get jpay to send letters to family,but I don't this app is way cheaper and I can send photos it takes a minute for your family to get it. This app is great.

Horrible app... I would recommend not one single person to download this app...they took my money and my fiance didn't receive his pics or letters and he's been there a month...although I did receive a email saying my stuff had been sent...he said otherwise on the phone...try another app this one stinks....

Hopefully I don't get robbed.we'll see next time my boy writes me.I'll get all legal if I get played.I refuse to get scammed.
