Need special controller to plug in to use the app. It crashes after 5 minutes of being open.... 50 plus extra per side for this feature on such a expensive base is just wrong..

Works perfect if you have the compatible base. You do need to make sure you have the add on BT adapter for the base in order for it to function.

Won't see my elevation comfort base. I can play music through the base's speaker system, but the remote doesn't work (no device seen). Company doesn't answer emails or voicemail (when calling you can NEVER get a live person). This app is worse than worthless. My Amazon Echo Dot does a much better job at playing music through the base's speakers anyway, so I'll be uninstalling this worthless app.
