Even when I am not using it and not near the bed it pops up a window that says it stopped working. Edit: I have been on the phone with customer support 3 times. They are worse than useless. They don't know their own product and tell you the wrong thing. Tried this app (and the other apps they had me try) on S7, S5, S4 and a tablet.
