I have tried to connect Bluetooth on Samsung 6s edge and 7s edge and it does not work at all. Tried both 2.1 and 4.0 version. Fix it please!!!???

We had one switched over on our sales floor to accept Bluetooth. Downloaded the app and it discovers the base yet will not connect.

I followed the instructions and connected 1 time. Now I get a message saying there was a problem with the Bluetooth. I even tried to unplug and plug it back in again and nothing. How do I stay connected? Update, so far my Ipad seems to work fine where my Android has connectivity issues. So my rating goes from 1 to 3. Now i figured it out. Lol. I am making this 4 stars. 1 star for the not very good instruction for the app itself. In my Ipad and Android, you need to go into settings to auto connect. You need to also be close to the bed. Worked every time. You have to initially discover Bluetooth then you use the app to connect if you do not have auto connect set up. Custom settings didn't always stay but eventually it would. Now to add an alarm so the bed vibrates to wake you up would be awesome!
