Way better than calling

Received a menu in the mail that directed me to the app to order. Ordered at 5:23pm. Order was confirmed and charge appeared on my card immediately. Called store at 6:25 to check status. They said order would be going out shortly. Received a call at 6:32 saying they just received my order and it would be another 45 minutes. She also said that this happens with online orders sometimes. Why bother having an app when it doesn't work? Never again.
