I was charged for my food at at 6:52 pm. Gave instructions to be called when they arrived because bell does not work. Received confirmation email that I would receive my order in 30 minutes. This restaurant is 5 minutes from my home. I called at 8:10 and was told I'd have it at 815. I went to the door to wait, no delivery came. Apparently they decided around 9 to enter my my home, no phone call, unauthorized, and left me a cold, burnt pizza that was unedible. No refund my because they prepared my food.
