The app works, but the service I got today was horrible. They completely ignored my special instructions which were to cut all of the sandwiches in half, and no ice in my drinks. The food came with salad dressing and not mayo it was globbed all over. I had to scrape all of that salad dressing off of my italian beef. I'm no longer going to use this app because I'm no longer going to order from this place.

Whoever takes orders over the phone is very unprofessional. She has an attitude and even argued with me about something not being on the menu. the menu i got from there TWO days ago.
