MoodStories is an app that makes it fast, easy and fun for employees to rate their workday anonymously. This provides HR with realtime data on employee satisfaction showing valuable trends over time.

Features:
An admin at the company schedules the workday surveys which employees then easily rates on a scale from 1-5. The app contains a lot of other fun features that you must earn points to unlock. Features include:

- tracking your mood over time and compare it with your department’s or company’s average
- collecting donations (by answering the surveys) to reach a common goal set by the company
- endorsing colleagues with fun gifs
- getting video feedback from the management

Privacy:

The Purpose:
The purpose with the app is for everyone in the company to focus on employee satisfaction, and for the management to understand trends, and for the employee to track own mood over time, recognise colleagues who contribute to making the workplace a happier place - all mixed with a lot of fun features and content.

Login:
Logging in is done simply with your mobile phone number that gets checked with the employee list provided by the company.
