Ollie by Sphero

I just bought it yesterday today im trying to wake it up .. but nothing happens just ask to connect a cable and i dont 100 time and noth8ng happens ... need to solve that i want to play with my ollie

This is the worst device in our world today. I charge the ollie until it's full then open the app and put my phone to it and it does nothing. Then I "wake it up" but again it still does nothing. This is why this company is not a high competitor with name brands

I started the tutorial again for my little brother then it wouldn't let me past the "now rotate your device" part please update. Had to uninstall/reinstall. I have the LG stylo 2 plus. You guys should add a option that lets ollie follow you

Will not connect to my device.. Stops half way.. Crap

I love my Ollie. Once I start using it at my house my neighbor's kids ask me what it is and if they can use it. They usually just chase it around the place. I also got Ollie stuck in a puddle and so I thought he was still alive but his battery died instead. So I charged it and he was fine.

Doesn't connect to my OnePlus 3T. Connects to my old iPhone 4S fine. Gets stuck in the connection screen even with Bluetooth location and NFC on. The connection wheel goes round, gets stuck, then goes back to the beginning. Please fix

It says "Wake up your Ollie" and by the animation, I'm supposed to think that I gotta charge it. But, when the green light turns on, Ollie didn't wake up. Impluging the charger from Ollie doesn't work either... Enabling location services won't help...

I'm a bit confused about this location thingy. Do u think my Moto g3 will work with the Darkside ollie which I have ordered?

Took me a while to figure out how to connect it. I had Bluetooth and Location on, but it still didn't connect. When I first launched the app, I remembered it said that it needs Location permission. I, then, went to the app in Application Manager and gave permission to Location and it connected flawless after that!

I like the ollie but there isn't many functions i would preferably like, if you could have other things other than swipe tricks, that would be cool. Im currently having one issue and that is the controls arn't locked, so when you face a different direction if i faced a 90 degree to the right, up will become left, right will become up...its confusing and can gett annoying.

Runs great. A toy for adults and children alike. Just be careful to bring it indoors during rain / snow, watch out for cars, and lastly refrain from scaring old people.

Ollie is awesome! Thanx for the assist. I use ollie with an andriod phone and it appears it wouldn't work because i didn't have both location and Bluetooth running. Once i did of cpurse ollie fired up and worked fine

When i started it it said new firmware and then the loading screen apeared over that and it froze so i restarted it and the same thing happened. I had the app a while back and it worked fine but now it doesnt work

As soon as you turn the app on to Play mode, it says that I need to wake it up. The app that allows you to program it in BASIC will connect just fine, but not this one.

First, ollie couldnt wake up but when I asked for help, you took your time and helped me with the problem. Now ollie works great. Thank you!

It won't work I charge it then I try to connect it to my device and it says wake up ollie and don't reply to me saying connect ollie to your devices location because I already did that

I do recommend people not to install this app especially who have Moto g

Horrible app, great toy. Great luck trying to connect to it. I force stopped the app and it still wouldn't connect. This app would get 0 stars if it could

It won't connect it will keep showing wake up ollie so I'm just but to throw the ollie in the trash I tried my IPad my mom's IPad my Parents phone and my sister phone it just makes me mad cause I can't play with it

I've used this app for 2 years now and it's been flawless for me on both my Samsung Galaxy S5+ and S7 edge, although it runs better on my S5+. You need to make sure you unplug the charging cable from ollie first otherwise it won't connect, it's a safety measure so you don't accidentally drive off with the cable attached lol. Then you should be able to connect by placing your phone directly over ollie with your Bluetooth enabled. Hope this helps.

Keeps telling me to wake up Ollie, then... Charge, I think? But Ollie is fully charged, so what's going on? Location services and Bluetooth are on...

I think it's amazing! I don't have an Ollie but my brother let's me use his. I love doing tricks with Ollie! I use my own tablet so I named it Charmander! I made it blink red because chamanders a fire Pokémon. I just hope everyone enjoys playing with the Ollie app!

I charged it and woke it up. When I tried to connect it to my Ollie app it started to turn red and it wouldn't work

One time touch and start race. But one thing we have to open bluetooth

Needed firmware update, ollie kept crashing contacted Sphero support who have been unhelpful in resolving issue. Whenever I create a new ticket to get it fixed its closed by the service desk. Avoid at all cost!

The controls are terrible a complete waste of 150 euros and now it has stopped working when I touch my phone to it it just says to wake it up so I plug it in and out of the charger and I get nothing.

The Ollie app didn't work for me both phones that I have a Moto 3g and a OnePlus 3t Everytime I would try to connect it would just crash or just restart the connection

The ollie darkside is the best ever i havnt put it down and never will!

Could you make it so that blind people using talkback could use this app to edit settings and controll there ollie with out help.

I turned on location and it still not connecting but I have found out it does work with one of me other androids 8)

This app works well on my phone but is not compatible with my Samsung galaxy note 10.1 Please make it work!

I spent $100 on this thing and the controls on it suck it needs to have like more like tank controls because once you get it in a corner it's hard to turn around anyways I would like to see what everyone else is talking about maybe Sparrow can help me or fix this sincerely unsatisfied customer

Charged my Ollie fully and now the alp keeps saying to wake up Ollie. Won't work.

I think you guys (Sphero) should make more apps for the ollie. The Sphero ball has tons of other apps to use it with unlike ollie, and bb8. Ollie is fun and all but I wish I could use other apps with it like the Sphero ball.

The app is great overall but it needs a cam like the sphero does!

I charge it and it says to keep doing it and then I plug it back in. And it goes to zero. Then it repeats.

When it says wake up ollie i charge It and when i take it off it doesn't wake up

I have been and bought new tablet for my son to use Ollie with, running Android 6. Just tells me to charge the Ollie and will not connect. I have location and Bluetooth on

Tried to connect but it says firmware update and tells not to close app while updating but it won't go further than 12% and then goes back to 0 and stays there.

On Android 6, the app only ever says to wake Ollie up by plugging in. I plug in Ollie and when the light goes green, unplug then hold phone in various places near Ollie but app only says to wake Ollie up. No problems at all on Android 5.1, works perfectly. Should really work with Marshmallow, though.
