In 2012 I wrote this app as my first Android app. I created the app to know what time Candle Lighting was each week. Since then this app has evolved into a powerhouse app that is used by thousands of people globally each week. This is undoubtedly the best Shabbos Zmanim (Shabbat Times) app available!
The app will show you Shabbat Candle Lighting time, Havdalah times and the Parsha (weekly Torah portion) for your current location or any location in the world. It is easy to use with many useful features.

Please make sure that the app is set according to your minhag. 18 minutes before Shkiah is the default Candle Lighting Zman, but some minhagim are different. You can customize all the Zmanim according to your minhag.
As with all Zmanim apps, do not rely on the times down to the last moment.
If you are unsatisfied with this all for any reason please email me so I can address those issues in a future update.

Very useful to have all the times pop up on my phone on erev Shabbos, and the alarm is good. Though this week the reminder isn't there for some reason, and I checked my settings which imply the reminder should be there.

The notification times are 1 hour earlier than the app says. I wonder if that's because of daylight savings time , but i couldn't figure out how to correct it. Otherwise is a fantastic app, so helpful. I love the 30 min alarm

Tells the time for candle lighting every Shabbos. Will leave a notification on your phone, and you can set it to either work with GPS, or set it manually to a place, which is what I do since I go away every Shabbos. I love it!

This is a great app. It tells you the time shabbas starts and ends, and the parasha, and it allows me to put in my location even though I refuse to turn on location on my phone.

This app is not automatically launching on my phone (Samsung A3) . It only starts up when I physically go into it. Very disappointing.
